Possess thorough knowledge of Relational Database design and architecture, SQL, MS Access and Crystal Reports and/or other database querying and report writer tools. Develops queries and programs to run computer generated reports using various software. Knowledge of CSB programs and Virginia State reporting. Experience supporting users and utilizing database applications in multi-user relational database environment. Experience with Profiler, HTML and Microsoft GP a plus. Must be detail oriented and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well under pressure and deadlines, with minimal supervision, in a team environment and share tasks. Ability to work well with non-technical managers and end-users. Must possess effective verbal and written communications skills. Clinical responsibilities include developing and implementing an array of school based prevention and treatment services and supports, assessing students, and providing direct treatment services. Administrative responsibilities include complying with all licensing and regulatory standards, providing supervision to day treatment staff, and collaborating with school personnel to ensure seamless integration of programs. Duties to include performing client assessments, administers medications and injections and performs other medically based treatment services and provides crisis and supportive counseling and clinical case management. Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing with three (3) years of experience in the administration of medication or in a substance abuse treatment, psychiatric setting, or long term care facility including the dispensing of narcotic medication. 13 POSITION NURSE, PSYCHIATRIC CARE LPN (RESIDENTIAL ICF) $32, OPEN DATE FEBRUARY 11, 2013 LPN to work in an intermediate care facility setting, working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Duties to include: nursing assessments, skilled nursing duties, and documentation. Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with one (1) to three (3) years clinical experience to include medication administration in a community program, hospital and/or nursing home setting. Current and valid State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Previous ICF/IDD and or mental health experience preferred. Position will require working Monday Friday (3:00pm 11:00pm ) with some flexibility, and on call weekend responsibilities.

14 POSITION PT PROGRAM AIDE - SEFP #13072 $10.63 PER HOUR OPEN DATE FEBRUARY 25, 2013 Supportively counsels, supervises, and monitors client behaviors and care for infants; may involve some case management responsibilities. Provides monitoring and education of independent living skills and services. Responsibilities will include implementing service plans, supervising and support of clients, maintain records/charts and reports on clients, completes shift responsibilities checklist, transports clients to appointments and community meetings, medication administration, safety and rights of clients and perform other job duties as required. High School Diploma. Position will provide coverage every other weekend, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00am 8:00am. Flexibility with schedule is required. May be required to work some holidays. 15 POSITION PEER RECOVERY SPECIALIST II #13073 OPEN DATE FEBRUARY 25, 2013 MARCH 8, 2013 Peer Recovery Specialist II provide group and individual sessions focusing on peer support, symptom and medication education and recovery focused. The Peer Recovery Specialist may assist individuals with basic physical, financial, social, personal, and recovery needs. Services carried out by the Peer Recovery Specialist II include monitoring, advocacy, daily living support, and similar functions. Must be a person who has experienced a mental health and/or substance use condition and who has made progress in learning about and managing his or her condition and in developing a life outside of, or in addition to, this condition. AND Associate's Degree in one of the following related fields (Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Sociology, Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Services Counseling) and has at least one (1) year of experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of mental illness; OR Associate's Degree or higher degree, in an unrelated field and at least three (3) years experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of mental illness, gerontology individuals, or special education individuals. OR A minimum of 90 hours classroom training to include certified Peer Specialist training in behavioral health and at least one year of clinical experience. AND Must provide proof of completion of 12 weeks of experience under the direct personal supervision of a QMHP, providing services to persons with mental illness, within ninety (90) days of employment. OR College credits (from an accredited college) earned toward a bachelor's degree in a human service field that is equivalent to an associate's degree and one year's clinical experience.
