Employment Opportunities Administrative Administrative Support Specialist - Part Time Seeking a dynamic, skillful individual for a part time (20 hours) medical billing position. Experience with selfpay, billing and collections required. The individual in this position must be self-motivated, able to work independently and possess intermediate computer skills. This position is 20 hours per week 8:00 am 12:00 pm. HS/GED required and three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience or formalized training in a related field with one (1) year of experience. Spanish speaking strongly preferred. Facilities Director The Director of Facilities is a management position responsible for the David Lawrence Center facilities department and its operations. This position provided direct supervision the facilities team and reports to the CFO. Duties include but are not limited to: project management, vendor selection and management, maintenance, regulatory compliance, leasing, budget development and oversight, security officer, utility management, and provides direct leadership of all maintenance staff. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related field preferred, Minimum five years of experience with facilities management in healthcare setting Minimum two years of senior leadership experience. Requires Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, Knowledge of care of Life Style Safety Equipment such as generators, Fire Pumps, Fire alarm panels, AED's, Fire sprinklers, Emergency lighting, Fire extinguishers etc., Knowledge of Construction Industry such as plumbing, electric, carpentries etc. Program Support Specialist - Admission Services This dynamic, skillful individual will provide phone triage to obtain customer information and screen for appropriateness of DLC services, demonstrate exceptional knowledge of internal and external resources in order to make appropriate referrals, and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively inform callers of expected wait time and availability to maximize utilization of clinician time while minimizing the customer s wait time. HS/GED and minimum two (2) years experience in a busy office setting, preferably health care, required. Intermediate-level MS Office skills with a focus on Excel and must demonstrate the ability to easily learn new software applications. Knowledge and experience with HIPAA very helpful. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

2 Accounts Receivable Supervisor The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is a management position responsible to provide daily supervision to the AR department staff performing health care billing and collection services, including Medicaid, insurance and managed care companies. Duties include overall responsibility for monthly (or specified) billing of all client receivables, assuring proper set up of Billing Matrix (Rules) within our software system, oversight of center wide collections, monitoring and managing the collection process including establishing protocols around customer service regarding collection issues, processing customer refunds, reviewing account adjustments, resolving client discrepancies, balance write off, customer reconciliations, and discounts. This position also requires working collaboratively with others to identify and resolve issues, excellent organizational skills the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management or a related field required or one year additional experience will be accepted for each year of education not attained. Previous experience supervising an Accounts Receivable Department required. Must also possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Case Manager Benefits Enrollment Specialist This is a full time position responsible for outreach and education to current, and future, uninsured David Lawrence Center clients regarding their healthcare coverage options. The individual in this position will use confidential and proprietary information from David Lawrence Center as well as outside information to identify potential candidates needing assistance to comply with the new Health Insurance regulations. The individual will schedule appointments, provide educational materials, help individuals understand and access insurance options, and assist them in the enrollment process and follow-through. They will maintain detailed and accurate reporting, tracking measures, and conduct follow up activities.

3 Clinical Child Psychologist Seeking a Florida licensed Child Psychologist for Outpatient Services. This clinical position utilizes a variety of direct clinical skills in the assessment and treatment intervention services for child, adolescent, adult and/or family behavioral health care. Must have experience with psychological testing and the treatment of eating disorders. Intermediate level computer skills required; previous EMR experience strongly preferred. Licensed / Licensed Eligible Clinician - Emergency Services Seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide exceptional, compassionate care to clients in our Emergency Services department. This position will provide clinical oversight of the program, clinical supervision to the ESAC clinicians as well as other administrative functions. This individual will also provide Mental Health, Substance Abuse and/or Co-Occurring Disorder direct services. Duties include but are not limited to clinical assessments, treatment plan developments, safety and discharge planning, coverage for post discharge services and administrate functions. Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills in order to enter and retrieve information in electronic medical records. Some on call required. Master s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related. Must hold a Florida license as a Mental Health Professional (Clinical Social Worker, Mental health Counselor, Marriage and Family Counselor) Clinician II Immokalee (Bilingual) Individual will provide community based treatment services to children, adolescents and families in Immokalee and the immediate surrounding area. Services include clinical assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy and case management. Bilingual (Spanish) is required. Primary hours are Monday Thursday, 8am 6pm with some flexibility. Master s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related. Must possess intermediate level computer skills; previous EMR experience and two (2) years post master s experience preferred. Clinician II Children s Outpatient Services (Bilingual) Seeking a Clinician to provide exceptional, compassionate care to clients in Children s Outpatient Services. This dynamic individual will provide Mental Health, Substance Abuse and/or Co-Occurring therapy services and be committed to making a powerful difference in other s lives. Duties include but are not limited to effective caseload management and individual, family and group therapy. Some evening hours may be required. Master s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related major. Must possess intermediate level computer skills; previous EMR experience and two (2) years post master s experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

4 Dialectical Behavior Therapy Trained Clinician Seeking a dynamic clinician committed to providing exceptional, compassionate services to youth and their families including assessment, treatment planning, and individual/group/family therapy in a community based setting. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to work as part of the treatment team, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Qualified candidates will possess a Master s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field, a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a Florida driver s license in good standing (local travel required), and intermediate to advanced computer skills. Participation in the on-call (evenings and weekends) rotation required. Key responsibilities include clinical triage, crisis support/intervention, outreach, data entry, and scheduling. This individual must possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and cultivate a spirit of teamwork where everyone matters. Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, clinical psychology, rehabilitation counseling, psychiatric nursing, or a related field. Must have the ability to evaluate client treatment needs, provide direct services and relate to a wide variety of co-workers, clientele and community agencies. Must possess knowledge of overall objectives and treatment concepts and state rules and regulations pertaining to care and treatment of mentally ill and substance abuse clients. One year experience required and intermediate level Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual (Spanish) required. 5 Behavioral Healthcare Technician Full Time or PRN Individual will provide direct care to clients in our Crisis Stabilization, Detox or Chemical Dependency residential units. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with group and recreational activities, processing admissions and discharges, ensuring client/staff and milieu safety and client transport. Individual will possess exceptional customer service skills. HS/GED. Previous experience in behavioral healthcare, group home or similar strongly preferred.
