2 The Concern Vehicle Identification and Access Control using Radio Frequency Identification is a secure and convenient solution for vehicle management at parking areas in residential societies, corporate houses, paid parking arenas, airports, metro stations etc. Eco Tracksys Ltd s Passive UHF RFID system is ideally suited for vehicle management applications, where affordability, low maintenance cost, long read-range, high reliability and open connectivity are required. Business Parks usually have frequent to and fro motion of Visitors. Also the parking spaces are limited inside the Premises. Challenges Operating a managed, busy parking lot poses significant challenges especially to a Business Park that has some of the vehicles registered in a lot. The parking area has to be secure, with barrier-enforced entrances and exits. It should also have an automated, efficient monitoring system that allows for accurate vehicle tracking as well as easy in-and-out access for drivers. Major Challenge: Integration of Our Vehicle Identification System with their existing BMS. Indeed a challenge. Vehicles of only senior members and Management People are allowed inside the area. So, they were facing chaotic situations in identifying the selective vehicles amongst a lot. After adopting this AIDC technology we are over with the tedious process that involves manual checking of every vehicle. 3 Solution: In Advant Navis Business Park the major concern is to track and identify visitors and unauthorized vehicles and not let them to enter the premises. Also notify the BMS operator if a vehicle is exceeding the allotted parking time. The entry and exit of vehicles and hence capturing who s in and who s out can be done.the generated reports according to the fleet of the vehicles serves this purpose. Each gate has exit and entrance doors equipped with RFID readers and circular antennas. Each vehicle has a passive tag, which is applied inside the windshield. As soon as the RFID Reader reads the tags affixed on the vehicles, the vehicle number and the personal information that is mapped with the tag id in the software, is displayed automatically on the system software (i.e. client PC), simultaneously triggers the Boom Barrier and allows the vehicle to move inside. According to need, size and scale of the industry we propose robust RFID Readers best suited for the implementation. The application developed is capable to trigger more than 10 different standard RFID Readers. Also it can be integrated with any of the existing standard Software like BMS, SAP, and ERP s

The numbers by itself are meaningless because those merely points to a record in a database, which contains all the details about the authorized vehicles, dates up to which access is allowed, owner, Vehicle number, etc. b. Faster access during times of heavy traffic like in morning rush hour. c. Less manpower is required to man the gates but more security is ensured.
