WEBFIL also undertakes and executes turnkey telecommunication projects for the Indian Railway. Over the years WEBFIL has directly executed many telecom projects while projects involving WEBFIL s product will run into millions of rupees implemented by other integrators. As on date WEBFIL has more than 5000 installations of one of its product namely Digital Primary Drop/Insert Multiplexers operational at various communication nodes of Railway network. This product commands a market share of over 60% in the Indian Railways and covers almost 2/3 of Indian Railways OFC network. WEBFIL during its initial days has worked with many overseas telecom companies like Digital Microwave Corporation of USA, AEG Baily of Canada, (With these two companies WEBFIL had technology transfer agreements), Alcatel of France etc. In fact WEBFIL had worked with Alcatel very closely during the building of backbone infrastructure for Indian cellular mobile network in Koshika Telecom Project covering UP East and West, Bihar including the Jharkhand part and Orissa. WEBFIL was also instrumental in introducing 18 GHz Microwave Radio Communication Systems in the Indian Railways before Railways shifted to OFC based communication systems. Network based packages allow TCP/IP interface and integration with IP addressable cameras. Systems can be integrated with fire alarm systems and have full user reporting options. To ensure that a false alarm has not caused the activation, the central station will contact individuals who are held on a pre-determined list of key holders, to clarify the seriousness of the activation. 6 UNDER VEHICLE SCANNING SYSTEMS UVSS is an innovative under side vehicle surveillance system. Its scan the complete vehicle underside in moving traffic & visualizes it as high resolution images. It enables security staff to identify suspicious objects or undercarriage manipulations both faster and easier. This includes among others weapons, explosives, drugs and contraband etc. X RAY BAGGAGE SCANNING SYSTEMS X-ray inspection is commonly used for security screening of baggage, such as checked and carry-on luggage at Airports, Shopping Mall, Corporates etc. The items to be inspected are subjected to x-ray radiation and the unabsorbed radiation passing through the items is collected on photo-detector (typically photodiode) arrays. These detectors output very low-level currents which require special signal conditioning and high resolution data converters are needed to achieve the required resolution to image the scanned items properly. METAL DETECTOR Security is absolute with this Metal Detector. The Door Frame Metal Detector is designed to detect both Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metals, Which is passed through the aperture vicinity in any conceivable manner.
