The site is accessed from Route 19; the main highway connecting Cabo San Lucas to points north (Todos Santos and La Paz). 3 Diamante Life Diamante Cabo San Lucas is a private facility for the exclusive use of its membership. Access to all the amenities is only possible if you are a property owner with membership, a residence club owner staying on property, guest of a member or if you are staying on property in one of our residences. We have created a few Diamante Life options for those of you who are not yet members but want to experience living at Diamante for up to 7 nights with full membership privileges. These four (4) and seven (7) night stays are available for a limited time, based on availability. These special incentives and the ability to stay in one of our residences are available for a onetime only booking. The Diamante Life Experience includes the following: Private roundtrip transportation - San Jose International Airport (SJD) Accommodations in one of the following properties: i. 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath Golf Villa (Sleeps up to 8) ii. 2 bedroom/3 bath Residence Suite (Sleeps up to 4) Use of all amenities including the 10-acre Crystal Lagoon, Health & Fitness Club, 25- meter lap pool and tennis. Daily golf or spa services each day for four (4) people staying in a Villa or two (2) people staying in a Suite during your stay. Golf would be either on the award winning Dunes Course designed by Davis Love III, currently ranked #52 in the world by GOLF Magazine and #1 in Mexico by Golf Digest, or the Tiger Woods Design El Cardonal course which opens in December Additional golf or spa treatments for those in residence would be at the discounted member/guest rate of $160/pp. Golf access includes the following: i. Use of all practice facilities. ii. Complimentary food/drink/snacks at the practice facility slider bar and two on course comfort stations. The approach to the planning of the development begins with a basic understanding of the surrounding areas. 6 The Residence Suite The Residence Suites consist of two bedrooms with three full bathrooms. At 2,200 square feet there is plenty of room to enjoy the spectacular views offered by this amazing property.
