Lines of business include brokerage, dedicated, owner operators, direct store delivery and commercialized maintenance. Operating footprint consists of more than 50 locations throughout the Southeast with brokerage and over the road operations throughout the United States and Canada. Wholly owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (NASDAQ:COKE), largest independent bottler of Coke in the United States.

5 DRIVING INNOVATION IN TRANSPORTATION Onboard computers on each tractor equipped with electronic logs, telematics, truck-specific navigation for every driver, GPS tracking and two-way communication with dispatch. Assets, owner operators, direct store delivery, brokerage and maintenance under one roof means we continuously have to be on the cutting edge of technology in all of these spaces. Transportation Management System for optimized planning, routing and automated dispatching. Maintenance Management System for asset lifecycle optimization and predictive maintenance. GPS tractor and trailer tracking for asset management with geofencing technology.

Tableau Server reporting engine allows us to aggregate data from all of our operational systems and provide real time dashboards and reporting to our customers and employees to make informed decisions. Analysts on staff dedicated to data mining and developing custom reporting to meet the needs of the business. Proprietary pricing and rating tools to ensure each shipment is priced perfectly. Network optimization tools for assisting our customers with optimizing their networks and ensuring our own assets are being routed efficiently.

Integrated load tendering and updates with customers and carriers through EDI, web services, as well as other electronic methods for exchanging data. Onboard computers on each truck are integrated with our TMS for electronic communication between driver/tractor and dispatch. Integrated trailer tracking with TMS for instant trailer information available for dispatch and CSR s. On demand trailer locating for every driver that is accessible from his or her mobile device. On staff developers backed by Coca-Cola developers with capability of supporting any level of integration to meet our customer and business needs.

Cisco UCS chassis allow for deployment of servers within minutes as the business demands. IBM XIV Storage provides unlimited processing and storage potential. Asynchronous storage replication helps ensure data is not lost in case of a disaster. 100% Cisco networking deployed throughout every location with enterprise class hardware to maximize efficiencies throughout our networks. Data replication to an IBM disaster recovery facility with capability of being operational within one hour of declaring a disaster.

9 TOMORROW AND BEYOND Advancing development of proprietary operational systems that more closely align with the needs of Red Classic and its customers. Deployment of a new maintenance system that will exceed the increasing needs of our commercialized maintenance line of business. Continued development of tighter integrations between each tractor and trailer and the transportation and maintenance systems to support optimization and predictive maintenance initiatives as well as asset lifecycle management. Extending investments in skilled IT talent capable of delivering more complex solutions in an agile, everchanging environment and industry.
