EPM assists in analysing options for repositioning of assets, building upgrades and office fitouts including design management, tendering and contract administration. EPM has demonstrated a high success rate in obtaining Council approvals for projects that were otherwise unlikely to be approved. 8 1 2 3 Retirement & Aged Care Projects The Retirement Living and Aged Care Business Unit provides Development and Project Management Services to private and non-profit providers of retirement living and aged care services. EPM can manage feasibility and due diligence studies, liaise with Councils and other statutory authorities to obtain development approvals, manage the design process, tender and negotiate with building contractors and manage the construction phase.
