3 SECTOR 5 COMPANY PROFILE Background Company Name & Address Sector 5 Holding Group (Pty) Ltd came into existence after identifying a need for support to SME and SMME clients at affordable costs. The expectation was that we would offer SME and SMME client s comparable solutions to that of their larger counterparts in the market. Sector 5 Holding Group (Pty) Ltd was founded in August 2003 and some of our first clients are still existing clients. Sector 5 Holding Group (Pty) Ltd is an Information Technology outsource company that maintain, offer recommendation, support and administer client s IT environments. We are a wholly owned consortium of companies, working towards a common goal. Even though we are an outsourced company, our clients believe and feel that we are part of their organisation. At times we become such an integrated part of our client s day-today activities that we almost lose our own identity. Another key to our success is that we have a personal relationship with each of our clients. We believe that people need to interface with people. Even though we have a fully operational Call Centre with all the high-tech paraphernalia we believe in personal interaction via remote support and in having bodies onsite. To enable Sector 5 to fix the problem we interact with the client to get a better understanding of the nature of the problem. From past experience we know that how we approach the problem of the client is 70% of problem solving and only 30% technical. 4 1. SECTOR 5 HOSTED OFFERING MAIL SPAM FILTERING Sector 5 makes use of combination of preventative solution to fight SPAM and driven viruses. The primary tool in our arsenal is our Sophos Appliance Server which is a dedicated solution in preventing driven viruses and the primary prevention to fight SPAM on our perimeter. In addition to the Sophos Appliance Server Sector 5 also make use of reputation scanners via a cluster firewall solution to validate before it arrives to the Spam solution server. All s both incoming and outgoing, is scanned and any unwanted or suspicious items are removed or quarantined before they reach your mail servers. In addition to the scanning of our Sophos Appliance Server also test and validate certificates of remote mail servers. If a remote mail server holds a valid TLS certificate the mails between endpoints is encrypted with 3DES. The Sophos Appliance Server plugs directly into your perimeter network. It provides our end users with LDAP authenticated login. Through the end-user management console the end-user have the ability to manage, block or release message in their respective mail/spam filter. The console is accessible via any web browser. ( The appliance comes with the following features: Sophos Anti-Virus Sophos Anti-Spam Sophos IP Block Lists (for reputation filtering) Sophos web-based dashboard and management console Sophos Data Loss Prevention [Optional] Secure PDF Exchange (SPX) encryption System alerting and notification Postfix MTA (mail transfer agent)

5 2. MICROSOFT HOSTED EXCHANGE The Sector 5 hosted Exchange is a cloud based multi-tenant solution that allows companies to collaborate information across users, for a fixed monthly cost. Sector 5 hosted solution is built to deliver an enterprise class communication platform coupled with security and reliability that businesses expect as the norm. Our solution offer a hosted , calendar, public folders, shared contacts and much more to any PC, mobile devices as well as offer the same rich functional through any web browser. We allow mobile sync to multiple devices means you can access and update your information while out of the office. At Sector 5 we start mailboxes from 5GB and allow users to growth their mailbox up to 25GB at minimal extra charges. This flexibility offer every user the ability to access all their information online and on in one store. Sector 5 support seamless integration with Outlook so users can enjoy the rich and familiar experience what they are accustom too without firewalls or vpn s. Default Calendar sharing allows users to see free/busy information with colleagues without a fuss. Our security policies let users create and approved mobile device lists, enforce PIN lock, and allow for a remote wipe of data should the devices get lost or stolen. Last but not least is the ability to interoperate between Blackberry and Microsoft exchange. Sector 5 has its own enterprise blackberry server. The feature allow for seamless updates between users with BlackBerry and their mailbox. We have the ability to recover a single mail from a user s mailbox or the whole mailbox online and in real time. Physical Security Access to our data centre at Internet Solutions is controlled by strict policies and only authorised access is granted to support staff into the hosted server farm or server faults. Monitoring We have an active monitoring system that overview all aspects of our environment with SMS and e- mail functions to alert support staff before problems arise.

7 Optional Services Sector 5 uses CheckPoint DLP and provide the ability to secure clients data and control what leave their organisation via . UserCheck improves security and raises user s awareness of data usage policies by empowering users to self-administer incident handling-with options to send, discard or review the issue. Notifications occur in real-time via a pop-up from a thin agent or via a dedicated sent to the end-user (no need to install agent). Check Point DLP controls sensitive information from leaving the company. DLP also inspects and controls sensitive s between departments with Microsoft Exchange support. An agent is loaded onto the Microsoft Exchange server that intercepts outgoing messages. Online Archiving Sector 5 support online archiving for enterprise class users by default (25 GB archive) at no additional cost, but the client have to adhere to the requirements before as set forth by Microsoft.

10 3. H O W W E M I GR A T E C O M P A N I E S? Sector 5 is able to migrate exchange to exchange migration and make use of a once off migration tool at a setup cost of $12.00 per user. We will also facilitate the domain transfer for your domain(s) at no additional cost. This cost include creation of the users account creations and the configuration on our exchange server and the migration of the users mailbox as a once off charge. Sector 5 has the ability to also migrate users from Google, Zimbra or any other mail server environment. Sector 5 specialize in migrations from various mail platforms to Exchange and able to migrate all folders + s + calendars + contacts. Our migration toolset is a complete cloud-based migration solution that helps companies move from existing to new messaging systems seamlessly and affordably. With no hardware or software to install, the patent pending technology is a solution designed to meet the needs of individuals, IT administrators, consultants, system integrators and service providers interested in migrating mailboxes.
