Pro Delta Pro Check in was very smooth Day went by fairly quickly Liked the information received Pari Pro went really well Ice Breaker was fun Positional time was valuable Ice Breakers within positional break out was helpful Theme was awesome Loved the folders Pari-Pro skit was engaging and funny People responded well to Shelly Vice Presidents, FYGARS, Presidents all had good energy Delta We should feed them breakfast We could have started after Valsetz opened (10:30am) Ice Breaker could be explained better Adjusted communication with ARA s and RD s that they need to provide breakfast Sessions could have been shorter (ran between 5-10 min long) ARA s communication about who provides the constitutions for their first meeting Try to keep spirit up throughout the long day Pac room was very large felt empty, try Valsetz Specify role s better People left early communicate to ARA s Communicate with Presenters about attitude and vibe More people on the Roster committee HoTY point session and positional time with AD s was repetitive Great theme, lost in sessions Session on engaging meetings Allow more time for ice breaker felt rushed RD s sat in the Pac room the whole time Hall Govs didn t have them around to ask questions Drum Line was playing right outside Ackerman b. Valsetz Live (Lo, B, P, K) 10/15 i. Roles & Update ii. 5pm-7pm this Thursday iii. Lo, Kevan, Madison, Brandon Set up 4:30pm in Dining Room iv. Everyone except Paige and Jenny will be in attendance for the program v. Brandon and Kevan are Tech people vi. Please spread the word about the program vii. Lexi will hook people in while they are getting food viii. Rest will be floaters trying to get people engaged, playing the game ix. Lo is photographer x. Wear Polos!
4 VI. c. Safe Halls (K, P, B, Jer, Lexi, Jen) 10/31 i. ASWOU will walk around with Wolfie and give out toys ii. Parking services knows about the event. Passes are not needed, it is open parking iii. Lexi contacted schools said to go through the two different school districts (Dallas and Central 13 J) iv. Jerica made a flyer needs to be translated to Spanish v. Paige has created a list of businesses will go in with flyers and personally ask them to put them up. Would like someone to help drive around with her. Will be delivered by the 23 rd. 1. Madison can help drive and put up flyers vi. Safe Halls Presentation created for Candy vii. WOU TV wants to interview someone viii. BBGL will probably do trick or treating ix. Committee meeting is being planned d. Turkey Baskets (M, Jen, Lo) Nov i. Tried calling them no answer ii. Thinking about penny wars to create competition iii. HoTY points will be an insensitive e. Midnight Movies (M, Jer, Lexi) 12/4 i. Update 1. None Business Items a. Hall Gov i. Meeting Times 1. Ackerman Monday 7pm 2. Arbor Park Tuesday 7pm 3. BBGL Tuesday 7pm tentative 4. Heritage Wednesday at 6pm to decide a meeting time. None currently decided. ii. presidents and ARA s to see if you can attend the meetings. Don t pressure them too early. b. PACURH i. Formed committees ii. Meet Mondays after Exec. iii. Need people power from Exec, but more will come next week iv. NACURH applications available v. Ribbit point challenge for this week post a question to Facebook RBD PACURH. 5 points per question, max 50 points. Post School and #PACURH. 1. Changes weekly and possibly turns into spirit points. vi. Per Delegate cost is about $65, included NRHH funds vii. Task forces are a thing that meets or will be meeting viii. Should be applying to the first time delegation scholarship ix. Can apply for Pins for 3 years, 4 years, or 5 years of service to residence halls c. WOU Emergency Info Book i. We got one. It is small and red and flippy. Where do we want to put it? 1. On the side of the filing cabinet d. General Assembly 7:15pm i. Ice Breaker? 1. Yes, the first few meetings and all other short meetings ii. Our Roles 1. Help explain what is happening when. 2. Help with Parli Pro for the first meeting 3.
