1 2014 Hot Shots Memo Westin Diplomat 3555 South Ocean Drive Hollywood, Florida Hot Shots is here! We are so excited at the amount of amazing athletes and staff that will be attending Hot Shots Camp this year. We know that this is a crazy time of year and we are incredibly thankful that you chose to spend this time with us to make your athletes experience with our company even better. If at any point during Hot Shots you have a question or need anything please call your Team Mom. Similar to skills camp the number of available space in the ballroom is limited so we kindly ask that parents, families and friends do not enter the ballroom during Hot Shots. We will have Hot Shots show offs where parents, friends and families are encouraged to attend. (a definite schedule has not been finalized for show offs as of yet) ACE is not in charge of the schedule for this year and the final schedule will be released on Sunday. TRAVEL- If you are driving to Hot Shots- Please arrive by 2:00pm on Sunday. Upon arrival please text Team Mom to alert her that you and your athlete(s) have arrived safely. Lauderdale airport is actually very close to the hotel. If you are flying into Miami it will take longer to get to the hotel. (About an hour or so). Upon arrival please text Team Mom to alert her that you and your athlete(s) have arrived safely. When texting please include which room your group will be staying in for the camp.
