NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION Make direct eye contact and smile Firmly shaking their hand while introducing yourself Paying attention to your posture VERBAL COMMUNICATION As you shake their hand, begin to introduce yourself with your 30-second pitch. Respond to their questions concisely Offer your resume when it feels appropriate. Be aware that some recruiters are not permitted by their company to accept them and may direct you to submitting online. Always thank the employer for their time and ask what the next step is. May involve use of problem management database and help desk systems. Excellent phone manner is a plus. Work in a team environment 7x24x365 with the ability to function independently during rotating shift work. SALES - LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST Support the field sales organization by creating and qualifying new sales opportunities. Job Responsibilities: perform outbound, targeted calls to potential customers; set face-to-face appointments for sales executives; generate interest for promotional activities; maintain contact account information in Microsoft CRM; mail and literature to prospects; and perform in-depth market research to find appropriate contacts.
