The basis of admission o Ryerson s undergraduae engineering programs is he Onario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalen wih six grade 12 U/M courses including compeiive grades in he following prerequisie subjecs: English (ENG4U/EAE4U) Advanced Funcions (MHF4U) Calculus and Vecors (MCV4U) Chemisry (SCH4U) Physics (SPH4U) The OSSD wih a minimum overall average of 70% in six grade 12 U/M courses, or equivalen, esablishes eligibiliy for admission. To be compeiive, sudens should aim higher. We encourage you o apply if you have an average of 80% or higher and a leas 70% in each required course, however, he admission cu-offs for overall average and prerequisie subjecs are deermined on he basis of compeiion each year. indusrial inernship program (IIP) The Indusrial Inernship Program (IIP) is an exciing opporuniy for you o gain valuable work experience, and here s he bes par you ge paid. Inernships sar a he end of your hird year of sudy and las for 12 o 16 monhs. You mus have a minimum 2.0 cumulaive grade poin average o apply for he program. Wages are deermined by he employer.
