A quesionnaire consised 0 quesions wih 5 iems was used as a ool and measured according o Liker (from very high o very low). Reliabiliy coefficien he quesionnaire was α = 0.87 which version No.6 was obained by using SPSS sware and Cronbach's alpha mehod. Resuls showed ha educaional and behavioral were he mos imporan characerisics idealisic maser from Sudens Perspecive in ar, science and physical educaion field. INTRODUCTION An Idealisic maser and providing a paern Idealisic maser is one he mos imporan seps o invesigae characerisics for he educaional sysem, because he main purpose educaion is growing human. This poin is no achieved, unless we could draw an idealisic figure he Maser in Educaional Sysems. Educaion and raining as a par pracical philosophy uses differen science o achieve he purpose which is growing human. Educaion and raining use science (available) and philosophy, Religion and Erfan (consrain) for achieving o ulimae purposes. In he firs issue, Sciences such as psychology and sociology and ehnology provide higher service o explore and describe he processes eaching learning, effec on social and communiy. Philosophies and religions have he mos effec on educaion in deerminaion ideals and ulimae goals [2]. Educaion sysem in our counry suffers from lack coheren and significan educaional philosophy, so a clear and consisen paern idealisic maser should be deermined. Furhermore, hese purposes are expressed according o behavioral and moral regulaions. Therefore, Lack a heoreical foundaion was no a Specific plan idealisic maser in educaional sysem Islamic Republic Iran [6]. For creaing a paern idealisic maser who could use differen courses in educaion, should reurn o him and uses religious conen and resources. Some invesigaion which was done in his issue include Shirzad (2002) invesigaion which compared good eacher characerisic from deaf and normal secondary school sudens prospecive. Shirzad expressed one he mos imporan characerisic good eacher as behavioral and moral characerisic. Also, in oher invesigaion which was done by Akhund (2004) and considered effecive facors on managemen accepabiliy from eachers and saffs secondary and high school a Pishva ciy and his is in correlaion wih curren invesigaion. I is expressed by managers ha one he mos imporan characerisic eachers is high priciency and scienific values. Neverheless, here is differen obscuriy in his issue. In his sudy, he percen consideraion and idenificaion idealisic maser characerisic was from ar, engineering, human science, basic science and physical sudens prospecive. Therefore, invesigaion quesion is expressed as below: 887

As a resul, invesigaion abou such problems in accordance wih sudens, masers and especially universiy is imporan and i is necessary o solve hese problems clearly. In oher word, one main problems which is relaed o masers and sudens in universiy is lack idealisic characerisics in masers Through many sudens opinions, i is observed ha majoriy he sudens believe ha he mos idealisic characerisics a maser are his knowledge and specialized degree. Also, behavioral, moral, and even physical characerisics are he mos imporan facors which can affec sudens and moivae hem. Therefore, i is necessary o idenify he characerisics masers in order o creae a deeper connecion wih he sudens and develop and promoe he level class in o higher degree. MATERIALS AND METHODS The sudy communiy consiss all sudens Islamic Azad Universiy Islamshahr branch in he fields ar, echnical engineering, human sciences, basic sciences, and physical educaion. In order o be able o prepare a lis members he sociey can be preparing a lis names communiy members, so he sudy is raher limied in area communiies. 20 sudens he s, 20 sudens echnical engineering field, 20 sudens basic science, 20 sudens physical educaion and 20 sudens human science field were seleced hrough random sampling (Sysemaic). A quesionnaire consised 0Quesion wih 5iems and is measured according o Liker (from very high o very low). Some invesigaion was done in order o explore he reply o his quesion abou suden prospecive abou idealisic characers maser. So his issue is focused on educaional, moral, behavioral characers. Finally, saed ha educaional and behavioral characer is more imporan from ar, basic science and physical sudens prospecive. Upon findings are confirmed 00 %. Also, is deermined ha from ar, basic science, physical sudens prospecive.all upon characers are more imporan which is observed in an idealisic maser. I is menioned ha in comparaive invesigaion he idealisic characer in a maser in five field including ar, human science, engineering, basic science and physic in wo iems echnology and raining aid and educaional goal here is a significan differences.
