5 Introduction This guide has been designed to assist you in areas where you may need help using the features of Business Internet Banking. Before using this guide, please activate your Business Internet Banking service according to the instructions received with the Security Device. You will also be able to gain assistance from the help notes accessible by clicking on the <Help> button at the top right hand corner of every Business Internet Banking web page. If you require further assistance, please call our Corporate Call Centre on (Singapore) or (65) (overseas). 3
6 Getting started (i) How do I register for Business Internet Banking? You can register for Business Internet Banking at using the 10-digit ID printed in the letter and a separate PIN. Step 1 Enter the 10-digit ID here. Step 2 Enter your PIN or Activation code here. Getting started 4
