Telstra Elite USB Modem The latest and most exciting addition to Telstra s suite of Mobile Broadband devices, the Telstra Elite USB is a high-speed browsing device (HSPA+) with international 2G and 3G roaming capabilities. Typical download speeds on the Next G network are between 550kbps and 8Mbps in all capital cities and associated metropolitan areas and selected regional areas and 550kbps and 3Mbps in other areas 2.
