If you move premises and the service is available at your new address or the service is not available, but an alternate Optus Broadband Internet service is available, and you connect to either of the services at the new address, we will charge you a relocation fee and may charge you for non-standard installations, but will not charge you a cancellation fee. A new minimum term will commence. If you move premises before the end of the minimum term and you do not wish to continue receiving the service or an alternate Optus Broadband internet service is available at your new address, we will cancel the service and charge you a cancellation fee. You must give us at least 30 days notice of your new address. Your pricing plan may set out a maximum amount of data that you can use to download and upload at high speed in a billing month. Until Optus successfully installs your service, we cannot guarantee that Optus Naked DSL can be installed at your address. (c) Subject to paragraphs(d)-(i), for Optus SMB Accounts held by an organisation (not including a sole trader): (i) as the SMB Nominee, you are eligible to earn 1 Point for each dollar (including GST) paid on Attached Optus SMB Account(s) in relation to an Eligible SMB Product after the date on which you Link your QFFP Account to your Optus Rewards Membership; (ii) As the SMB Nominee you will earn 1 additional Point for each dollar (including GST) paid on the applicable Attached Optus SMB Account(s) in relation to an Eligible SMB Product after the date on which you Link your QFFP Account to your Optus Rewards Membership; and (iii) as the SMB Nominee, you will earn points when the payment on the applicable Attached Optus SMB Account has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days after the day you are notified of this decision for your points to be credited to your QFFP Account; and (i) notify you of our decision regarding your claim, and the reason for that decision. (b) If you have any queries or complaints regarding Optus Rewards, you should contact us via the Contact Us page of our website at optus.com.au (c) Qantas conducts a QFFP member service centre to answer QFFP members enquiries about the QFFP and points earning and redeeming under the QFFP. Queries relating to earning points through Optus Rewards should be directed to Optus via the Contact Us page on optus.com.au Where your query to Qantas is more appropriately dealt with by Optus, Qantas may refer your query to Optus.
