2 About Aircontact Services AS Aircontact Services AS, ACS, was established in 2011 as a subsidiary of Norwegian Aircontactgruppen AS. ACS is based in Stavanger, Norway, which is a center for the North Sea offshore oil and gas helicopter activities. ACS offers a broad range of helicopter related technical support and consultancy services. Our market niche is technically oriented consultancy services related to Sikorsky products. ACS customer base may include helicopter operators, oil companies and other end users, OEM, and many others. We offer our services globally no matter what your location is, ACS can be there and support you.

3 Key personnel What differentiates ACS from other technical consultants is its personnel s vast experience on Sikorsky products. With Mr. Ivar Eie responsible for the strategic management of the company and Mr. Henning Hagen and Mr. Roy Ratdal being the key personnel running the day to day operations, ACS possesses a competence and experience related to Sikorsky products that any other consultant can hardly match. Within Sikorsky, Henning Hagen and R o y Ratdal have since long earned a reputation as being among the most knowledgeable external persons within the global helicopter industry as far as the S-76C+ and S-92A models are concerned. Under the efforts of Eie, Hagen and Ratdal, former Norsk Helikopter AS, now Bristow Norway AS, became the world S-92 fleet leader in terms of record annual flight hours accumulation per helicopter. Mr. Ivar Eie Managing Director Ivar Eie, with his background as Managing Director and Accountable Manager and before that as Technical Director, with Norsk Helikopter AS (since 2008 Bristow Norway AS), was following operations of the S-76 responsible for the very first introduction globally of the S-92 into offshore operations. Mr. Eie also served as the Chairman of the Board of Norsk Helikopter AS subsidiaries and major Scandinavian air ambulance operators Lufttransport AS (Norway) and Lufttransport AB (Sweden). His other merits include being the Chairman of the Board of The European Helicopter Operators Committee ( EHOC ), and a Board Member of The Norwegian Confederation of Enterprises ( NHO ) Aviation Committee. Mr. Eie was a member of the management team that founded the former North Sea offshore operator Braathens Helikopter AS where he also was the Technical Director and QA Manager, and has also held key technical positions at Helikopter Service AS (now CHC Helikopter Service AS). In his earlier days, Mr. Eie held various technical positions with the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Since 2008, Mr. Eie has been Director of Business Development at ACS s parent company Aircontactgruppen AS. ACS possesses a competence and experience related to Sikorsky-products that any other consultant hardly can match Mr. Henning Hagen Director Engineering Projects, and Mr. Roy Ratdal Director Maintenance Projects Prior to joining ACS, Mr. Hagen served as Bristow Norway AS S-92 Type Engineer, HUMS Manager, and Project Manager, while Mr. Ratdal served as the S-92 Senior Technician with the same operator. They were both among the company s key technical personnel with special responsibilities for the introduction and technical follow up of the company s fleet of S-76 and S-92 helicopters. Their professional backgrounds have several commonalities. Their previous merits include positions such as maintenance manager, maintenance supervisor, technician and pilot type rating instructor, project manager, and type engineer. They are both holders of several airframe and avionic type ratings. They have both been involved with consultancy services to helicopter operators in Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Hagen and Mr. Ratdal have been running S-76 and S-92 acceptance teams for more than 10 years, and they have both served as senior members and have had chairman roles on Sikorsky s S-76 and S-92 Maintenance Review Steering Groups. They both have former working experiences with other North Sea offshore operators such as Helikopter Service AS (now CHC Helikopter Service AS), Braathens Helikopter AS, Norsk Helikopter AS as well as with the Royal Norwegian Air Force.

4 OVERVIEW OF SERVICES On the following pages are examples on how ACS can support helicopter operators and others within various fields of activities, such as: Support during RFI- and RFQ-processes Assistance during aircraft delivery processes Support in relation to aircraft fleet introduction Assistance in relation to logistic support and maintenance Consultancy to oil companies and other end users Support during RFI- and RFQ-processes During the RFI and RFQ processes, the responding helicopter operators may experience uncertainties related to definitions of cost estimates for the acquisition, introduction and operation of new Sikorsky helicopters. ACS can provide the experience and competence required in order to properly quantify the parameters for Sikorsky helicopters on which a responsible bidding should be based. Although particularly relevant for operators that are not yet familiar with the Sikorsky products, this type of assistance could also be perceived useful by existing Sikorsky operators. Assistance to OEM Commercial Knowledge Engineering Assistance during aircraft delivery processes Technical Organization Operators Troubleshooting Sikorsky s customers may obtain time and cost saving efficiencies and predictability by partly or fully outsourcing the aircraft delivery process to Customer Needs Hands-on Experience ACS, hereunder elements such as representing the customer during a predelivery acceptance test dryrun to ensure that the helicopter and aircraft Regional Requirements Sikorsky Reliability Assessment documents that will be presented for delivery to the customer in accordance with expectations, during the aircraft acceptance procedures, arranging Operational Experience Maintenance Program Update relevant logistics related to the shipment of the aircraft to its destination, hereunder presence on behalf of the customer in the departing and receiving ends of the shipment.
