17 Cluster size Feasibility study identified: 70 companies in Wales (43 from Convergence Zones ) Consulted with sample of 30 from outside Wales

18 Cluster needs >90% of companies surveyed (n=36) stated a need for academic collaboration 66% needed access to clinical expertise 50% required NHS infrastructure and security help >65% needed access to the specialist facilities to be found at Swansea and elsewhere Almost all wanted B2B and other networking opportunities
