11 The Price Control Formula The energy service charges payable by all customers for the supply of heating services is governed by a Heat Price Control Formula (HPCF). 15 Olympic Park & Stratford City: Construction Timetable Energy Centre Construction Began October new purpose built energy centres, Kings Yard for Olympics & Stratford for Westfield Development; Kings Yard retains the Grade II listed Victorian Mill building Mill building renovated as part of project; Contains biomass boiler & visitor s centre; All major plant items installed by March 2010; CHP, Chillers, Boilers, etc Commissioning & Initial Operational Readiness by October years from commencement of construction to operational readiness for 2 large energy centres and 18 km pipework.
