With a choice of deployment options, IT can continue to run some applications on-premises while moving others to the Cloud, or migrate entirely to the Cloud. 2.1 Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online SharePoint Online is a Microsoft Office 365 service for businesses of all sizes. Instead of installing and deploying Microsoft SharePoint Server on-premises, any business can now simply subscribe to SharePoint Online to provide their employees with an enterprise-grade solution for creating sites to share documents and information with colleagues and customers. Regardless of your Departments size you can work together effectively sharing documents and tracking project milestones keeping everyone in sync. All documents are kept up to date with online editing and sharing. SharePoint can be purchased as part of Office 365 or as a standalone plan. 2.2 Microsoft Office 365 OneDrive for Business OneDrive for Business in personal online storage space in the Cloud giving you unlimited storage, provided for you by your company. Use it to store your work files across multiple devices with ease and security. Share your files with business colleagues as needed, and edit Office documents together in real time with Office Online. 5 3 Pricing and commercials 3.1 Ordering and invoice process All of Core s G-Cloud services can be ordered by contacting your Account Manager or any member of the Sales team on , ing hello@core.co.uk or using the contact form on For G-Cloud orders please go to the search for CoreGov to browse available services. 3.2 Termination Terms Core require one month s notification for termination of the service. Core reserve the right to terminate the service if improper usage of the system has been found, and reserve the right to impose penalties up to and including the full payment of the agreed contract, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Provisions of the Agreement which will survive termination or expiration include those relating to limitation of liability, infringement indemnity, payment and others which by their nature are intended to survive. 3.3 Trial Service availability Certain services within Microsoft Office 365 are available for a free trial period, however due to the complex nature of some of the services offered, for example, Aurora a formal trial is not available. We do however offer client access to a test server and demonstration server which will offer a range of standard processes and workflows.
