2 RETAINER PACKAGE FULL SERVICE PACKAGE 2015 OVERVIEW The Next Marketing full service retainer packages are designed to give you complete flexibility, a highly skilled marketing consultant to work with you to grow your business and generate leads. Our full service package is our complete services and includes over 30 different marketing tactics that we can employ to help you grow your business. BUDGET & SIZE OF BUSINESS The full service packages are ideal for clients who have a marketing budget starting from $50K per year. Next Marketing clients spend, on average, between 7-10% of turnover on marketing each year. MINIMUM COMMITMENT The minimum commitment for a Next Marketing retainer package is six months. STRUCTURE & FLEXIBILITY If during the initial six-month period (or thereafter) there is a larger marketing project to complete, which is outside the agreed retainer package, then there is no need to change the package, we will simply quote that additional work as an ad hoc project. 8 AUSTRALIAN MARKETING INSTITUTE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM STATE WINNER 2014 CONTENT MARKETING In 2012, Next Marketing implemented an SEO strategy, which resulted in the gaining a top ranking in Google. The increased traffic led to a high volume of enquiries but unfortunately many of the enquiries weren t from suitable clients who understood Next Marketing s premium brand positioning. Next Marketing needed a way to connect to their target audience of small businesses with marketing budgets. The Next Marketing content marketing strategy involved producing and distributing content across a number of platforms. The content was not only carefully tailored for small business owners but was also tailored to the specific platform being used. The Results By May 2014, traffic from social media platforms had increased by: LinkedIn +428% Twitter +369% Facebook +247% Blog statistics: Blog subscriptions +10%. 1,049 visitors generated from Feed burner Ebooks distribution increased by: 2155 Impressions, prior to September PDF downloads, after October 2013 Website referrals from Editorial Content: Flying Solo 253 referrals Dynamic Business 161 referrals Anthill 36 referrals E-zine 56 referrals (total article views were 1,596) marketing campaign has resulted in database growth +39% SlideShare Campaign has increased by: views 71 downloads This marketing program won a Victorian State Winner in the 2014 Australian Marketing Institute s Awards Excellence program. 10 AUSTRALIAN MARKETING INSTITUTE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM STATE FINALIST 2014 MARKETING ON A SHOESTRING In 2013, Next Marketing ran a successful digital marketing campaign, which saw them achieving top Google ranking for a number of keywords. Business had improved so much that the team expanded and moved to a larger office space just outside the city centre. With up to an hour s travel time each way to meet clients, driving time was eating into the Agency s billable hours and they realised they needed to find clients in the local area but found that there was a lack of any organised business groups or associations in the area. It was clear that there was a need for a business community in the local area so the Next Marketing team created the Facebook Group I m a Business Owner in Moonee Valley. The Results. The group is still in its relatively early stages, and the approach is a long-term strategy rather than a shortterm tactic. 150 Members in week Members in week Members as of October 2014 The group has been well received by local businesses and a community is starting to build. So far it has given Next Marketing the opportunity to put their brand in front of hundreds of local businesses and in the community without appearing self-promotional or pushy and the feedback has been extremely positive. This marketing program won a Victorian State Finalist in the 2014 Australian Marketing Institute s Awards Excellence program. 11 AUSTRALIAN MARKETING INSTITUTE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM STATE FINALIST 2013 NEXT MARKETING PROJECT In April 2012, the Next Marketing website was nowhere to be seen on Google, and it wasn t generating any leads for the business. Jo Macdermott from Next Marketing recognised that if the business was going to expand, the website needed to start working more effectively, but there were a number of problems that needed to be addressed. These included 1. Structural issues with the site 2. Skill set of the current team 3. No previous SEO work 4. Design issues. With this in mind, Next Marketing took a course of action that led to a complete overhaul of the site, the Next Marketing team, and a creative rebranding of the entire business. The actions included: 1. Finding a new designer and a visual overhaul of the Next Marketing branding 2. Finding the right keywords and testing via Google AdWords 3. Changing the Next Marketing logo 4. On and off-page website optimisation 5. Social media updates 6. Media releases 7. Ongoing website fixes. The results. By April 2013, average monthly visits had increased by: 1. Total visits +35% 2. Google organic traffic +47% 3. Traffic from other sources +28%. 12 AUSTRALIAN MARKETING INSTITUTE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM STATE FINALIST 2012 FENIX RESTAURANT & EVENTS Next Marketing wrote a Marketing Plan for Fenix Restaurant & Events covering four different and unique business units. They were: Restaurant Events Weddings Corporate. Fenix had been in business for over ten years however, had been through major shifts in direction, which had weakened the brand. Also, the business was not capitalising on the exposure that its owner, Gary Mehigan, achieved through Channel Ten s MasterChef. Furthermore, one of the marketing programs developed by Next Marketing for Fenix known as Fenix goes to the bridal expo won a Victorian finalist award in the 2012 Australian Marketing Institute s Awards Excellence program.
