1 Carol A Whitaker Executive Coach Profile Carol s business experience is at board level in both executive and non executive roles in a range of industries including exhibitions, retail, government and housing, where the development of potential in the people has always been her passion. For example, she designed a management development programme tailored to the exhibition industry with Aston Business School and has worked with the CBI to review European employment legislation concerning agency staff. Qualifications and Training Carol has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, and the Postgraduate Dip. in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Postgraduate Cert. in Supervision for Coaching and Mentoring, Master Practitioner NLP, Oxford Brookes University Business School Coaching Accreditation and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, Member of EMCC and Member of the AC. Carol is also qualified in psychometrics to level A & B, is trained to use the Gallup StrenghtsFinder profile tool, and has a certificate in Associate Teaching.
