The B&EA programme is delivered by Henley in conjunction with our partner business schools in different European locations. It centres on the professional development and management of business and enterprise architecture, giving you a clear understanding of strategy and the business design to execute it successfully. Review a range of leadership approaches and look at how to manage the challenges and pressures of leadership. Those who have some experience in a leadership role, especially those who are responsible for leading teams of people and are measured in terms of their effectiveness in influencing others. The ability to communicate well is critical to successful leadership. To be able to instil confidence, deal with pressured situations and strong personalities are key. This fast paced programme covers a wide range of tools and techniques, practice and role playing to improve your capability and confidence as a communicator. 8 SME PROGRAMMES High Growth Accelerator October November March April 2016 This programme provides an opportunity for participants to work with their peers using tools and techniques to explore their businesses, and hear firsthand stories from successful entrepreneurs, resulting in a greater understanding of what is needed to achieve high growth in their business. Leaders and/or senior management teams in SMEs needing time, space and the right environment to work on the barriers to growth for their business, and wanting to develop an effective growth strategy. Winning and Developing Customers October November 2015 This programme will help SMEs to prepare a sales strategy, raise their understanding of selling, provide techniques of how to sell and explain the selling process from prospecting to pitching to overcoming objections and closing a sale. It will also enable SMEs to prepare and deliver a powerful sales value proposition for their product or service. SME leaders and senior staff responsible for delivering sales growth and customer facing staff who wish to learn about winning, keeping and developing customers.
