This module manages recruitment through innovative online and interactive application forms. A full range of testing and pre-screening tools allows automation of the volume hiring process. The solution integrates every part of your recruitment process, from job board posting, through candidate application, screening and selection, agency and job board management, to management reporting and on-boarding. Talent Relationship Builder Our Talent Relationship Builder allows you to develop pools of high quality future candidates and to establish relationships with them. Your future talent candidate pool is built up by adding selected individuals to the system or by inviting them to register with you. Each future candidate can be categorised by his or her experience, skills, qualifications, seniority etc. Talent Managers are able to search the database using these categories. The current status of each candidate is tracked, including any data protection notices given. Management Information The solution has an inbuilt tool that provides visibility of the entire recruitment process and gives managers the strategic control they need. Equal Opps reporting provides data on a wide range of diversity metrics and helps ensure compliance with local regulation and European legislation. The functionality provides the ability to control different dimensions of the reports and select multiple criteria when drilling down, to define key stages of the process and to show historical stats. Sourcing Candidates Whether the candidate is acquired through a i-grasp hosted website, from an agency or job board, or has been added manually by your team of recruiters, you are able to capture all of the details, screen and select the candidate that you need when you need them. This functionality also means that you can identify which of your sources is working best for you and target your recruitment activity accordingly. Other innovative features such as Multilingual capabilities, referencing, onboarding, candidate anonymisation and integrated psychometric testing ensure that those who use the solution are at the cutting edge of e-recruitment technology.
