OILFIELD SERVICES FUNDRAISING AUCTION The OIPA s Oilfield Services Fundraising Auction has been key to the association s success for the past decade. The auction is the OIPA s single largest fundraising event and is a perfect opportunity for association members to show their support of the OIPA s advocacy efforts. As one of the signature events of the Annual Meeting, the Oilfield Services Fundraising Auction gives service companies and producers the opportunity to share the stage while showing their support of Oklahoma s largest and most effective oil and natural gas association. Independent producers large and small and service companies from across the state are encouraged to participate in the auction, supporting the OIPA s advocacy efforts and ensuring the industry s voice is heard at the state Capitol, in Washington, D.C., and at the regulatory bodies where our interests lie.

BECOME A BIDDER OIPA supporters from the energy service and supply sector will join forces once again to donate a variety of oilfield equipment, services and products to be sold at the June 7 Oilfield Services Fundraising Auction. The auction is the OIPA s largest single fundraising event, bringing in more than $4 million in its 10-year history. Participating in the auction helps the OIPA s advocacy efforts. The OIPA plans to maintain its presence as a major player in Oklahoma and Federal politics, and the continued success of the Oilfield Services Fundraising Auction makes that possible. For more information about the auction, contact OIPA Vice President of Business Development Avery Smith at 405-942-2334 or by e-mail at asmith@oipa.com.

SPEAKERS The OIPA Annual Meeting is the premier setting for association members to hear from business and political leaders. Past keynote speakers include legendary oilman T. Boone Pickens, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and U.S. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. The Annual Meeting s General Sessions offer in-depth analysis of the oil and natural gas industry with speakers focused on production, transportation, marketing and technology. Oklahoma s Washington, D.C., delegation and state political leaders are also regular speakers.

ACTIVITIES The OIPA Annual Meeting offers attendees a wealth of information about Oklahoma s most vibrant industry, but it also provides a number of opportunities to relax and have fun with fellow oil and natural gas professionals. WILDCATTERS COOKOUT Our opening-night event, the Wildcatters Cookout gives OIPA Wildcatters Club members and Annual Meeting sponsors a chance to ease into a weekend filled with activities. This popular and casual icebreaker draws around 300 people each year. CASINO NIGHT A longtime tradition at the OIPA Annual Meeting, Casino Night gives Annual Meeting attendees the opportunity to try their luck with cards and dice. Think you re the best blackjack player in the oilfield? Come show the rest of the OIPA what you re made of! The money might be fake, but the prizes are very real. All attendees get the opportunity to participate in our prize drawing, where the odds of taking home one of two dozen prizes is directly related to the amount of money won at the gaming tables. GOLF TOURNAMENTS The Annual Meeting is home to a pair of golf tournaments the Wildcatters Saturday Swing and the OIPA Golf Classic. Held on the Four Seasons TPC Golf Course, the Wildcatters Saturday Swing is open to members of the OIPA s Wildcatters Club of Oklahoma and Annual Meeting sponsors only. The OIPA Golf Classic is open to all meeting attendees and is held on both the TPC Golf Course and the adjacent Cottonwood Valley. SPORTING CLAYS TOURNAMENT Now in its third year, the Sporting Clays Tournament gives non-golfers the chance to get outside with their peers. Held at Elm Fork Shooting Sports, the tournament puts shooters through the paces at a dozen shooting stations. Shotguns, ammunition and protective gear will be provided for all participants, and certified instructors will accompany each group. SUNDAY FUNDAY POOL PARTY A regular event at the OIPA Annual Meeting, the Sunday Funday Pool Party gives conference attendees the opportunity to relax by the Four Seasons pool with great food and a live band. The evening ends with a spectacular fireworks show.
