INNOVATIONS GRANULE FREE ROLL ENDS Patented process through which granulated sheets are manufactured with granule-free roll ends. End lap selvage protected by removable film.

INNOVATIONS GRANULE FREE ROLL ENDS Features: Prevents imperfect seams- The sealing of the end laps between two rolls of granular modified bitumen membranes has long been an arduous and troublesome operation. If granules are not heated and embedded satisfactorily, a reliable and durable seam may not be achieved. If the granular areas are overheated, the reinforcement may warp, be damaged, or loss of modified compound may occur. New technology prevents imperfect seams, by using a special release film, that ensures granule-free roll ends. This release film is clean and simple to remove, minimizing the effort and time required to achieve a perfect end seam. WITHOUT GRANULE WITH GRANULE

INNOVATIONS GRANULE FREE ROLL ENDS Benefits: No need for heating and scraping granules at ends Less time needed for installation Reduced material and labor costs Ensures quick, clean, and easy lapping of rolls Stronger, more reliable seams Aesthetically attractive finish Fewer call-backs and repairs

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Vented Base Membranes Energy Star Rated Membranes Cool Roofs with high reflectivity and emissivity

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Vented Base Membrane Let your roof breath Base Vent (Self-Adhesive) membranes are premium elastomeric roofing products manufactured with advanced adhesive technology (dual-compound technology), whereby the membrane consists of a true SBS compound on the top layer and an aggressive Self- Adhesive compound (spot attached) on the bottom layer.

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Vented Base Membrane Advantages: Spot attachment provides a route for the escape of latent moisture or pressure that may build up between the material and the substrate. Absence of penetrating fasteners helps separate the roofing membrane system from the underlying insulation, thereby impeding "thermal bridging", which is a frequent problem in temperaturecontrolled buildings such as cold-storage facilities. No need for fasteners, resulting in labor and material cost savings for the applicator. The spot-welded areas of the venting membrane are believed to act as shock absorbers, which compensate for the movement of the substrate (e.g. roof deck or insulation). Good workability characteristics such as pliability, particularly at low temperatures.

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Vented Based Membrane Energy Star Rating Membrane: A Self-Adhesive modified bitumen roofing membrane with Energy Star rating. Reflective properties of this membrane lowers roof surface temperature by up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, decreasing the amount of heat transferred into a building s interior.

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Cool Roof A Cool Roof uses a roofing material with high solar reflectance and emittance that reduces heat gain through the roof. California s TITLE 24- The latest revision became law throughout California in Oct. 05. All new roofs installed must have- reflectance of at least 0.70 and emittance at least 0.75.

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Cool Roof - Modified bitumen roofing membrane that will help the environment Properties Meets initial SOLAR REFLECTIVITY requirements of ENERGY STAR program for roofing products Meets ENERGY CODE requirements of Federal and Local governments for roofing membranes Modified bitumen roofing membrane listed in the Rated Products Directory of the COOL ROOF RATING COUNCIL (CRRC) PREMIUM WHITE modified bitumen roofing membrane

OTHER PRODUCTS BASED ON ADVANCED ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY Cool Roof - Modified bitumen roofing membrane that will help the environment Benefits Does not need coating application on the top surface Reduces peak electricity demand Reduces impact on surrounding air temperatures (urban heat island effect) Decreases roof maintenance and replacement costs Resistant to contaminants such as animal fat, oil, grease, and is easy to clean

PACKAGING AND WASTE DISPOSAL
