1 MASTICS AQUAHALT MASTIC- A AQUAHALT MASTIC- A is a heavily consistent, trowel- applied mastic formulated with refined asphalt, fibers and solvent. It is designed as an all- purpose repair cement, it bonds tightly and remains soft and pliable. AQUAHALT ALUMINUM MASTIC AQUAHALT ALUMINUM MASTIC is a cold- applied, multi- purpose waterproofing mastic formulated with premium grade aluminum that provides a reflective finish. It is ideal for use as a repair cement on asphalt roof systems and flashings eliminating the additional labor necessary to aluminize standard roof cements. AQUAHALT MASTIC- T AQUAHALT MASTIC- T is a tar- based mastic for repairing a wide variety of roofing problems. It contains penetrating oils, plasticizing agents, and reinforcing fibers. AQUAHALT MASTIC- T's resilient formulation is designed expressly for repairs on tar roof membrane systems. It is easily applied directly from the container to seal breaks or blisters in the roof membrane. Warming may be required in cool weather. AQUAHALT MASTIC- T may be applied to wet surfaces. Because of this characteristic, AQUAHALT MASTIC- T may be used as an emergency mastic even on asphalt roofs for temporary repairs. STRETCH- SEAL STRETCH- SEAL is a non- asbestos, SBS modified, asphalt- based mastic for repairing a wide variety of roofing problems. It contains oils, plasticizing agents, reinforcing fibers and surfactants for improving adhesion to damp surfaces. STRETCH- SEAL s resilient formulation is designed expressly for repairs on roof systems and components such as pitch pans. It is easily applied directly from the container to remedy breaks, holes, or blisters in the roof membrane. STRETCH- SEAL PLUS STRETCH- SEAL PLUS is a specially formulated blend of select asphalt, fibers, solvent, and SBS polymer manufactured to a trowel consistency. It is designed to adhere modified bitumen sheets to suitable horizontal substrates. Works great adhering seams on modified bitumen sheets. It provides long lasting adhesion and a watertight seal. Can be used with SBS or APP membranes. The App membrane must not have a polyethylene burn- off backing. WEATHER PATCH WEATHER PATCH is a fibrated solvent- based asphalt mastic or brush grade which can be used under an extreme range of weather and temperature conditions. Its unique chemical additives allow successful application even on wet surfaces. WEATHER PATCH does not required a dry surface; brush grade may be applied into ponding conditions. Regardless of weather or temperature, existing leaks can be repaired at any time. RUBBER- FLASH RUBBER- FLASH is a heavy bodied, trowel grade adhesive. It is butyl based and asbestos free with excellent adhesion to most roofing substrates. RUBBER- FLASH stays flexible throughout its service life, ensuring good adhesion and unbroken contact to uneven surfaces. ARS MASTICS SG/WG ARS- MASTICS are made with a careful selection of ingredients to produce the highest grade of product in the industry. 2 ARS BLACK FLASHING MASTIC SB ARS BLACK FLASHING MASTIC SB is a heavy bodied, trowel grade adhesive. It is butyl based and asbestos free, with excellent adhesion to most roofing substrates. ARS BLACK FLASHING MASTIC SB stays flexible throughout its service life, ensuring good adhesion and unbroken contact to uneven surfaces. ARS ELASTOMERIC MASTIC ARS ELASTOMERIC MASTIC is a specially modified trowel applied mastic formulated with synthetic rubber, functional fillers, and solvents. ERS- 306 quickly develops in to a seamless rubber seal. Its unusual combination of high tensile strength and elongation and recovery make it the perfect cement to use in high stress areas. It will withstand rooftop movement and vibrations without splitting. This cement will withstand changing seasons and mechanical stresses as it forms a rubber- like seal that will form a waterproof seal for many years. ARS CLEARPRIME WB (Solvent Free) ARS CLEARPRIME WB is a transparent water- based primer that improves the adhesion of a wide variety of coatings and membranes. 4 PERMAPITCH PERMAPITCH is a water- based blend of coal tar and proprietary polymer modifiers that provide a product suitable for application to membranes with slopes of 6 per foot (45%) or less. PERMAPITCH is designed to have excellent adhesion to dry, clean, primed, uncontaminated substrates and to embedded gravel. ALUMIFLECT ALUMIFLECT is a highly reflective, leafing, asphalt- based paint that provided ultraviolet light resistance and weather protection to a variety of surfaces. ALUMIFLECT is formulated with paint quality aluminum pigments for maximum reflectivity. ALUMIFLECT FIBRATED ALUMIFLECT FIBRATED is a highly reflective, leafing, asphalt- based paint that is fibrated with non- asbestos materials for strength and stability. This product provides ultraviolet light resistance and weather protection to a variety of substrates and reduces surface temperatures for energy savings and extended product performance. ALUMIFLECT FIBRATED is formulated with paint quality aluminum pigments for maximum reflectivity. ACRIWHITE ACRIWHITE is a water- based, Energy Star compliant, acrylic coating with high solids and elastomeric properties. ARS ICE & WATER, TYPE SG ARS Ice & Water, Type SG is an SBS modified self- adhering membrane reinforced with non- woven fiberglass mat for extra strength and durability. 5 ADHESIVES PERMA- SET ADHESIVE PERMA- SET ADHESIVE is a high performance, rubber modified roofing adhesive that is applied directly from the container (5 gallon pail or 55 gallon drum). It is weather and water resistant and contains adhesion promoters to increase bonding strength and overall performance. This product is used as an interply adhesive as well as a surface coating to ensure roof water tightness and adhere surfacing granules, aggregate or gravel. When adhering roof plies, it penetrates the plies to create a fused, monolithic system. When compared to hot- applied materials, PERMA- SET ROOF ADHESIVE eliminates such problems as rapid cooling of molten adhesive due to wind and temperature, fumes from the heating process and the dependence on accurate kettle operation. ELASTO- SET ADHESIVE ELASTO- SET ADHESIVE is a unique SBS modified elastomeric adhesive designed to adhere asphalt and polymer modified asphalt sheet materials in reroofing and new roof applications. ELASTO- SET ADHESIVE is an innovative, economical material that can be applied by spray or notched squeegee. INSUL- BOND INSUL- BOND is a cold- applied, one- part, solvent- free, asphalt/urethane insulation adhesive. It is used to bond approved insulations to a large variety of approved substrates. It is ideal for projects where solvent odor can be a problem or when mechanical fasteners cannot be used. It is solvent free and conforms to emission regulations in all communities. ARS EPDM BONDING ADHESIVE WB ARS EPDM Bonding Adhesive WB is an acrylic latex- based adhesive with superior bonding performance. The product is white in color when wet and is clear when dry. The solids content is approximately 60%, and the overall texture is similar to latex paint. ELVALOY FLASHING ADHESIVE ELVALOY FLASHING ADHESIVE is a solvent- based, high performance contact adhesive. It contains ketone, toluene, aliphatic hydrocarbon, and xylene solvents. ARS FB ELVALOY WB BONDING ADHESIVE ARS FB ELVALOY WB BONDING ADHESIVE is a high solids, polymer modified emulsion adhesive. ARS HP ASPHALT ARS HP ASPHALT is a specially chosen asphalt refined for use as a superior waterproofing adhesive and floodcoat in roof construction. ARS HP ASPHALT creates a weather- resistant system and is processed to retain essential oils to maintain those properties necessary for long- term performance. ARS COAL TAR ARS- Coal Tar is manufactured to provide unique performance properties as a high- quality, coal tar pitch for use in the construction of built- up roof membrane assemblies. In addition, its self- healing characteristics provide extra protection. ARS AP ADHESIVE AP ADHESIVE is a ready to use, SBS modified bitumen based cold adhesive that contains a bituminous binder with sticking agents and low solvent percents (complies with California VOC regulations). It is used for membrane adhesion in lieu of hot asphalt to acceptable and properly prepared low slope and horizontal substrates. This adhesive is applied by squeegee, or spray. AP ADHESIVE meets ASTM D 4479 criteria.

ARS ThermoTar may be used as an interply adhesive with appropriate tar- based ply sheets. It can also be used as a surfacing floodcoat with gravel. ARS EPDM GP WATERSEAL ARS EPDM GP WATERSEAL is a black synthetic rubber based product designed specifically as a premium grade brush and roller applied contact adhesive for bonding EPDM membrane materials in single ply roofing systems. The resin reinforced rubber in this adhesive produces strong bonds that are resistant to moisture, oil, and grease. Maximum physical and chemical properties are achieved after 2-3 days from time of application. ARS EPDM SB BONDING ADHESIVE ARS EPDM SB BONDING ADHESIVE is a synthetic rubber adhesive designed especially for the installation of fully or partially adhered EPDM roof membrane systems and flashings. ARS EPDM SPLICE ADHESIVE ARS EPDM SPLICE ADHESIVE is a black, butyl rubber based product designed for splicing EPDM membranes and uncured EPDM flashings. This product has been formulated to provide fast drying, long open time and high peel strength. When cured, ARS EPDM SPLICE ADHESIVE offers good resistance to heat, cold water and moisture. ARS EPDM SPLICE ADHESIVE can be easily brushed or roller applied at high or low temperatures. ARS EPDM/TPO LOW VOC BONDING ADHESIVE EPDM/TPO Low VOC Bonding Adhesive is a high strength solvent- based contact adhesive that allows bonding of EPDM and TPO membrane to various porous and non- porous substrates. It is specially formulated using a blend of VOC exempt and nonexempt solvents to be in compliance with the state of California Clean Air Act of 1988 (updated in1997) and as further regulated by California s Air Quality Control Districts listing VOC grams per liter limitations. This product also meets the <25 gpl VOC content requirements of the OTC Model Rule for Single Ply Roofing Adhesives. ARS EPDM WB BONDING ADHESIVE ARS- EPDM WB Bonding Adhesive is an acrylic latex- based adhesive with superior bonding performance. The product is white in color when wet and is clear when dry. The solids content is approximately 60%, and the overall texture is similar to latex paint. ARS- WHITE MB ADHESIVE With the greater emphasis on reflectivity in the roofing industry, more and more white surfaced membranes are being installed. The use of black asphalt- based adhesives creates an unsightly appearance at the seams of these white products. ARS- White MB Adhesive prevents this problem as its white color does not disrupt the overall look of the finished roof and maintains reflectivity.

7 BASE/PLY SHEETS TRIFORCE ROOFING SHEET ARS- TRIFORCE Roofing Sheet is a high performance, asphalt coated, multi- purpose roof sheet. It is triple reinforced with a polyester /glass/ polyester industrial strength fabric. It is coated with an asphalt compound specifically designed for roofing applications. This coating maximizes adhesion and contributes to the total waterproofing weight of the completed roof assembly. ARS- TRIFORCE Roofing Sheet is applied without the necessity of cutting the sheet in short lengths and allowing it to relax before installation. TRIFORCE ROOFING SHEET HS ARS- TRIFORCE Roofing Sheet- HS is a high performance, asphalt coated, multi- purpose roof sheet. It is triple reinforced with a polyester /glass/ polyester industrial strength fabric. It is coated with an asphalt compound specifically designed for roofing applications. The asphalt coating helps maintain a uniform consistency on both sides of the sheet and eliminates pinholes. ARS MODIFIED GLASS BASE SHEET ARS MODIFIED GLASS BASE SHEET is a fiberglass mat coated with polymer modified asphalt. These polymers alter the basic physical characteristics of the asphalt, which provides enhanced weathering, aging and sealing characteristics. ARS MODIFIED GLASS BASE SHEET meets the shower test of ASTM D4869 and exceeds the tensile strength requirements of ASTM D226. ARS MOD- POLY T/T ARS MOD- POLY T/T is a 3.0 mm thick, fire- rated, polyester reinforced SBS modified bitumen sheet with polypropylene burn- off film on both top and bottom surfaces to aid in proper application. This sheet is designed to be applied using torch welded methods. ARS POLYFORCE BASE SHEET ARS POLYFORCE BASE SHEET is a uniquely designed SBS modified, asphalt- coated, polyester roofing sheet. SBS modifiers provide excellent weathering and heat stability characteristics, and are used in applications requiring the highest levels of performance. ARS POLYFORCE BASE SHEET provides excellent elongation and tensile properties, as well as superior characteristics when subjected to stress. It also provides superior tear and puncture resistance. ARS MOD BASE IV (ALSO HAVE MOD BASE VI) ARS MOD BASE IV is 90 mils (2.2 mm) thick and is composed of selected SBS modified bitumen applied onto a glass mat reinforcement with high brush sanded bottom and top surface. ARS MOD BASE IV is adhered to a properly clean, dry, and/or primed (where required) substrate by using hot asphalt or cold adhesive. Option inner ply(s) or the field cap membrane is bonded to the properly prepared, clean, dry and/or primed (where required). A self- adhesive cap sheet can also be installed when the ARS MOD BASE IV surface is properly prepared with the appropriate primer and sealant is applied to all side and end lap edges not having a bitumen bleed out.

8 ARS POLY MOD BASE ARS POLY MOD BASE is 120 mils (3 mm) thick and formulated with high quality asphalt which is modified with styrene- ethylene- butylene- styrene (SEBS) and styrene- butadiene- styrene (SBS) copolymers. This product is reinforced with a core of 180 g/m2 non- woven, high- strength polyester. This unique blend of components allows the membrane to absorb significant thermal shock and remain flexible at very low temperatures. ARS POLY MOD BASE II ARS POLY MOD BASE II is formulated with a high percentage of SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) elastomeric polymers blended with specially selected asphalts, the resulting waterproofing compound has a rubber- like elasticity capable of taking on conditions of extreme roof stress. The membrane is reinforced with a heavy- duty, nonwoven, needle- punched, polyester fabric giving it superior toughness and puncture resistance, which is superior to conventional built- up roofing. The formulation and polyester reinforcement assure membrane flexibility at all temperatures, including those 0 F. ARS MOD- GLASS T/T ARS MOD- GLASS T/T is 90 mils (2.2 mm) and is composed of selected SBS modified bitumen applied onto a glass mat reinforcement with plastic film bottom and top surface. ARS MOD- GLASS T/T is adhered to a properly prepared, clean and dry substrate using heat welding. Optional inner ply(s) or the field cap membrane ply is heat welded to the ARS MOD- GLASS T/T. ARS UNIFORCE FELT UNIFORCE FELT is a non- porus 28 pound base sheet, uniquely designed and constructed to be strong while remaining wrinkle resistant. This unique combination of strength and suppleness is achieved by coating a heavyweight, specially designed fiberglass mat with type IV asphalt. It is specifically designed for use with ARS THERMO TAR and ARS THERMO TAR PREMIUM and provides the toughness of a glass felt and compatibility with hot- applied, coal tar bitumens.

9 CAP SHEETS BLAZEBLOCK SBS BLAZEBLOCK SBS is a Class A /B fire rated over combustible & non- combustible decks, without need for protective coatings or gravel. BLAZEBLOCK SBS achieves this rating since it is manufactured with fire retardant chemicals. BLAZEBLOCK SBS offers versatility of application with hot asphalt, cold adhesive, or heat- welded application. Various reinforcement options are also available: This includes polyester, glass, and dual reinforced membranes. ARS- ENDURAPLY S160 ARS- ENDURAPLY S160 is a smooth 160 mils (4.0 mm) thick and is composed of selected SBS modified bitumen applied onto a 250 polyester reinforcement and is produced with a sanded underside and topside. The sanded base membrane ply is adhered to a properly prepared and, if necessary, primed substrate by using hot asphalt or properly selected cold adhesive. The bottom sanded surface on the applied ARS- ENDURAPLY S160 allows it to be applied either by hot mopping or cold adhesive to base plies to form a multi- ply system. ARS- ENDURAPLY S160 meets ASTM D 6164, Type IV, Grade S. ARS- ENDURAPLY SUPREME ARS- ENDURAPLY SUPREME is a granule- surfaced 160 mils (4.0 mm) thick and is composed of selected SBS modified bitumen applied onto a non- woven fiberglass composite reinforcement and is produced with a sanded underside and topside.
