You may be at home, on your cell phone, at a hotel, or at a client site. You can update your numbers at any time via our online portal, by telephone or by our smartphone apps for iphone and Android. You can also instantaneously update and add notes for your dedicated virtual receptionist. Once a caller has been greeted, the receptionist will call you on your pre-selected call transfer numbers. If for some reason you elect not to take the call, a message will be sent by text and/or e-mail, detailing the message left by the caller, and their contact information - allowing you and/or your staff to return the call at a more convenient time. This is the ideal service for the sole trader or small business that require our receptionists to acquire additional information from callers or assist with calendar bookings. This service is popular with health services and other small business professionals. Following your agreed protocol, our receptionists will book appointments directly into your on-line calendar. Message Center If a voice message is all you need, you can select a local or toll free number which can be used to advertise/promote your business, special offers and marketing campaigns. You can record a custom greeting that is played to inbound callers. After a tone, the caller can record a message up to 3 minutes long. This message is then forwarded instantaneously to you and can be accessed from any email client. When the balance of your Usage Prepayment reaches or goes below $0.00, we will re-charge ( topup ) your Usage Prepayment charge to restore the balance to $50.00.
