Audio/Visual Services The NPC Audio/Visual and Broadcast departments provide all equipment, services, and technical assistance. No outside audio/visual equipment or broadcast/webcasting services are allowed with the exception of laptops. Video or audio recording of an event is permitted only by National Press Club staff, credentialed media for the use of their audience, and approved persons by National Press Club management. Still Photography Services A professional photographer can be hired for your on or offsite event, taking images in 12MP resolution digital color or black&white formats. Ready by the following day, hi-resolution photos are easily viewed, shared, and quickly downloaded via a web link to your gallery. The digital album is provided at no additional cost via a downloadable zip file. The digital album may be delivered for an additional fee by US mail on DVD disc. Prints may be ordered directly through the web gallery. NPC reserves the right to use images from selected events for promotional purposes unless instructed otherwise.
