Selecting Online Event Formats With KRM, you build your events your way -- from full service, Red Carpet event management to the flexibility of choosing only the services you need. No hidden fees. No contracts required (but available if requested). Videocasting (video conferencing) Sound: Audio is delivered over the Internet to attendees' computers using streaming software. A telephone option is provided. Visuals: PPT slides and other visuals are synchronized with the audio and delivered over the Internet. Speaker video: Speaker(s) video image is captured via webcam or a high quality (HD) camera and the image is displayed next to slides. No on-site camera crews required. Interactivity: Text questions, web polling, application sharing, web sharing, annotation, whiteboards and pre-recorded video clips. Video streaming Sound: Audio is delivered over the Internet to attendees' computers using streaming software. A telephone option is provided. Visuals: PPT slides and other visuals are synchronized with the audio and delivered over the Internet. 3 Secure E-commerce Services What registration and support services do you need to make your webinar registrants happier, your events more successful and your job easier? With KRM, you choose the experience you want your registrants to have, as well as the payment options you want to allow (check, money order, credit card or invoice) using KRM s secure e-commerce system. Rest assured: KRM is SSAE 16 and PCI compliant. This ensures that all of your registrants credit card information and your financial data and money are maintained in a secure environment. Registration options Full-Service Registration and Support: Your audience has the option of registering by phone, fax, mail and online and also includes full access to the KRM Call Center (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT). Self-Service Registration and Support: You take your own registrations and provide customer service support to your registrants. KRM provides technical support the day of your events. Invoice/purchase order collection: If you have registrants who need to pay via invoice or purchase order, KRM will collect this information and send it to you. We will also issue invoices to your registrants payable to you. Marketing/data collection: Gather valuable information to help your future promotional efforts. Ask questions like, "How did you hear about this event?" KRM adds specified questions on your online registration forms, collects the data and reports it back to you. Registrant demographics: This is your opportunity to gather valuable information about your registrants, such as member number, bar number, etc. Connection instructions: As part of our registration services (when KRM takes your registrations), we send connection instructions to all of your registrants. Registrant handouts: When KRM takes your registrations, we send your event handouts/materials to your registrants, along with connection instructions. Day-before reminder: When KRM takes your registrations, on the business day before your event, we send an reminder to your registrants. Additional registration & support services Complex registration setup: If you need more than a basic registration setup/fee structure on your online registration forms, KRM will process discounts, take registrations for a series of events, collect data regarding registrants for your co-sponsors, etc. Custom (branded) online registration: Your online registration form is set up with your logo, colors and complete look and feel to create an online registration form that looks like an extension of your web site. Calendar of Events (COE): Your Calendar of Events web page lists all your upcoming events, as well as an Event Details page that highlights your event information, presenters, who should attend, summary of content, etc. 3
4 Webinar Recordings, Archives & Hosting Just because your live webinar is over doesn t mean you can t continue the revenue stream from your valuable content. Selling recordings of your events will increase your non-dues revenue by as much as 30 percent and more! With state-of-the-art equipment and KRM s professional production studios, our highly-skilled media production engineers can do just about anything you need to make your event recordings work for you and your audience. Mastering and creation You choose from any popular format: MP3, MP4, Flash,.wma,.wmv, audio CD, QuickTime, Real Audio whatever format you need. Fulfillment and distribution Audio CDs, CD-ROMs, on-demand and downloadable recordings. As a full-service webinar provider, KRM will process orders and deliver your recordings securely and efficiently. Bulk order fulfillment Bulk orders of CDs and CD-ROMs are available to you at a discounted price. Hosting If you re worried about usage and bandwidth in having files on your server, you can choose to have KRM host your event files (recordings) for you and you can distribute the link yourself. 4
5 Add-On Webinar Management Services & Support Site roster Get more value from your events by capturing the names and addresses of everyone who attends not just those who register. KRM creates this electronic form that your participants complete prior to your event or afterward. Evaluations and feedback Gather and collect data from registrants. You can customize evaluation forms based on what you want to ask or you can use KRM s standard evaluation form. KRM distributes evaluation forms, collects data and tabulates and reports the results. Certificates of attendance KRM takes orders, issues and fulfills certificates of attendance electronically. We're able to support several validation scenarios (e.g. must attest to attendance, must fill in required words supplied during live event) and multiple certificate types. Testing and assessment Gauge your registrants knowledge before and/or after your events. Optional scoring and additional customization available. Customized event viewer Event viewers can be branded with your logo. You can also include advertisements with clickable links. Event transcription A complete verbatim transcript of your event delivered in a Word format. 30-second ad Get your audience s attention with an audio or video clip advertisement/promo played before your webcast starts. Annual financial statement Summary of all your event financial data prepared in the format you request. Executive summary A summary of event content, including the most critical points, in a simple form that can be easily used and shared. Handout assistance For your event handouts, KRM can assist with cover page creation, page numbering and combining multiple files. If you have multiple files to send to registrants, (e.g. Word document and PowerPoint slides) KRM combines them into one PDF document with a cover and page numbers. You will get an easy-to-use packet of information for your attendees. PowerPoint assistance KRM will create a scrolling slide set to be displayed prior to your events. We will add special Q&A slides giving instructions to your registrants on how to ask questions. We can also combine multiple Powerpoint files.
