Once we are able to confirm your booking, your Event Officer will forward you a Function Sheet for completion, which, together with this Booking Enquiry Form and the Venue & Facilities Terms and Conditions forms the Agreement that will record the details and requirements of your Event. For your convenience, you may consult our Venue Availability Calendar to ascertain whether or not the venue you wish to hire is available on your preferred dates and times.
