The theater audio system includes a complimentary microphone and computer audio patch. On call technical assistance during the event is complimentary. These basic packages include set and strike labor. In-room technicians for rehearsal and show operation can be provided for an additional charge. 11 HOUSE SERVICES Our house services include audio, video, and lighting patch fees. Patch fees are waived when you choose AV Factory for your audio visual services. These charges are by room / by day. AV Factory can supply the best technical support for your next event. Labor is billed by the hour, and includes, set, strike, and show operation hours. Technical labor requires a half day minimum call (5 hours). Overtime is billed at 1.5x rate at 10+ hours, and Double time is billed at 16+ hours. Patches Center Hall A/B Half Hall Audio Patch $150 Full Hall Audio Patch $300 DMX House Lighting Patch $250 Includes console / DMX patch Meeting Rooms Room Audio Patch $75 / per room Labor Policy There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all technical staffing requests. Calls cancelled within 48 hours of the start time of the event will be billed in full for each cancelled position. Breaks are required for AV staff working in excess of 5 hours. Production schedules will be built with either a 30 minute provided meal onsite, or a 60 minute, unpaid meal break offsite. Labor Policy Event Labor is quoted by the scope and duration of event. Labor quotes are estimates only. Client is responsible for all incurred labor costs due to additional requests, extended rehearsals, and extended show running times.
