Ray is part of the team responsible for overall agency operations and oversees the companies work for the majority of its clients. Ray has over 30 years of staffing experience with a high technology, Fortune 500 company as the Director of Global Staffing. He was responsible for creating, directing and implementing a centralized global staffing department. Some of his key accomplishments include; instituting a common process and distinct specialized function for sourcing and recruitment, creating a centralized system for applicant tracking and resume database, as well as managing multi-million dollar budgets. He was also directly responsible for creating the first specialized critical skills and executive search capabilities for the corporation. His experience expands to responsibility to include all worldwide operational expertise in Asia/Pacific and Europe. Stephanie Seddon, Vice President Stephanie has over 10 years experience on the agency side of Executive Search and Recruitment.
