6 Terry Terhark, President, The RightThing, An ADP Company Beginning his career in 1984 as an executive recruiter, Terry founded Selective Staffing, Inc. in By 1998, Selective Staffing grew to 250 employees and was acquired by Aon Consulting where Terry served as senior vice president through In 2003, Terry founded The RightThing, since inception, the company has grown over 1000% and has secured over 90 clients over a variety of industries. 7 Edward Zetusky, Global Vice President Staffing Services, CDI Corporation Ed managed the CDI-Talent Management Division where he was responsible for integrated solutions including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed services (MSP). Ed was responsible for establishing CDI s RPO program and expanded the MSP and staffing programs in the US, leveraging CDI s extension expertise in highly skilled labor such as engineering, informational technology and consulting. Ed has recently returned from to the US after a 2-year leadership role as Managing Director of CDI s UK division, AndersElite. He has also served as a member of CareerBuilder and Monster staffing advisory boards for several years. He is an active member, speaker and author for Staffing Industry Analyst publications and events. CDI has negotiated and implemented some of the larger RPO deals in the marketplace.
