Packs To keep things simple, there are three Packs to choose from. They re available on a 12 or 24-month contract. Everyone in the business will have the same Pack, so just pick the one that best suits your requirements. If you would like to discuss your requirements in more detail please just give our network team a call and we can go through each of the options in detail with you. feature packs Standard Functionality This is ideal if you have very straightforward voice needs but want the call handling features to offer professional communications. Ideal for a fied office worker who needs to make and receive calls in and out of the office, but does not need voicemail and does not need to control features. Advanced This includes all the functionality of the Standard plus a few added etras. Ideal for a Roaming Office worker that is regularly away from their desk and wants to control features and/or requires voicemail. Mobility The top of the range Pack offers the widest range of call features and can help to improve your business s efficiency. Ideal for a Mobile Office worker, who travels, has access to a Smartphone (Android or iphone) and wants to make and receive calls from smartphones, tablets and desktop devices using a single phone number. Additional call handling features These features are optional and can be added to your chosen Pack to epand your Business VoIP capabilities. The features carry an additional monthly charge. Applications for the Auto Attendant Call Centre ACD Hunt Group 1 level IVR call routing service, offering 1-9 options, i.e. Push 1 for Sales or 2 for Support. NB: One free Auto Attendant is included per site. Where more than one Auto Attendant is ordered per site, subsequent instances will be charged. A basic Call Distributor that provides call queuing, comfort music and call statistics. A call hunting service, offers a variety of alternative Hunting options for a group of workers. Call Recording Additional Storage (180 days per GB) Enables a Hosted user to store their Call Recordings in the Cloud for 6 months to meet FSA storage requirements. Amends Call Recording service from free 30 days storage to pay as you grow. The storage costs charged is a cumulative volume across all end users.
