Job description Job title: Division: Content Producer Marketing Date: October 2015 Reporting to: Main contacts: Commercial Sales Manager Internal: PR team, Marketing, Professional Development and ducation & Training divisions xternal: Content writers, 3 rd party content providers Major objectives AAT is currently developing a new web site to better engage with businesses. The role of the Content Producer will be to publish, curate, moderate and commission content during the development phase of this platform. The Content Producer will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Team to contribute to the content strategy as well as working in partnership with different teams across the business, as well as external agencies to ensure the content we are publishing is high quality and deployed to reach its audience in the most timely and effective way. Responsibilities Content production Write, commission, edit, proof-read and publish all editorial content. Publish and edit variety of content types including text, images and video. Support the Product Manager in driving the site s editorial vision. Work with third party agencies and internal AAT departments to source content that is fit for purpose and delivered on schedule via detailed project plans. Manage the contractual arrangements for external subject matter experts and suppliers. Attend internal content planning meetings. Work with key stakeholders to increase engagement with businesses and raise brand awareness. Optimise content for SO. Community development and management Develop and grow an online community from the ground up. Project manage the Informi product development schedule. Use social media to engage with the small business community. Plan and execute campaigns that generate debate and raise awareness of Informi. Monitor relevant social media activity and identify opportunities to raise the profile of Informi. Develop and nurture relationships with key partners. Become an evangelist for Informi both internally and externally.
Site maintenance nsure content is uploaded in a well-organised manner. Work with developer to fix bugs and make improvements to the site. Take responsibility of day to day management of the CMS. Metric reporting, analysis and evaluation Create weekly and monthly metric reports to track content performance and social media activity. Use available data to shape user journeys and create relevant meaningful content. Deliver weekly, monthly and bespoke reporting on site performance in relation to site traffic, search reporting and onsite engagement metrics. Customer centricity Develop friendly, positive and supportive relationships with external and internal customers, and to provide them with excellent service. Actively to learn from customer feedback, comments and suggestions, including complaints, to review and improve existing processes, and by doing so to anticipate other customers needs.
