This change rder is fr time. The cntract riginally had a 270-day cnstructin time, making the cmpletin date July 20, 2014. In May, due t the weather this past winter, the Bard awarded a 19-day time extensin until August 14, 2014. This request is fr a 29-day extensin in time due t inclement weather in June and equipment delivery delays. The new cntract cmpletin date, if apprved, wuld be September 12, 2014.
