Conference Venues Ambassador Room Make the right impression with the Ambassador Room. This light-filled contemporary space can be adapted and styled to suit your individual requirements. The room provides the ideal setting for a successful business meeting or conference, or transformed into a stylish space perfect for cocktail-style functions or larger private dining events. The Loft Set overlooking the main atrium, the Loft is an open plan private dining room perfect for up to 18 guests. Enjoy a private dining experience whilst soaking up the ambiance of the atrium. The Summit Set above the loft, the Summit is perfect for group discussions, relaxed meetings, workshops and activities. This space overlooks the entire pavilion and offers privacy to anyone, making it perfect as a breakout space. The Cellar Located downstairs and perfect for intimate gatherings, The Cellar is an ideal setting for private celebrations, dinners, birthdays and wine tastings. The Deck Café The Deck Café, located off the Diplomat Lounge, is perfect for a casual lunch party or a private dinner. The Café boasts plenty of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. The Diplomat Lounge The Diplomat Lounge is perfect for intimate gatherings for afternoon tea, a light lunch or as a conferencing breakout area. Boasting a variety of uses, the Diplomat lounge is also a great venue for casual cocktail parties or just as a space to meet with friends or colleagues. Garden Atrium Restaurant Enjoy fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere and a contemporary airy, plant filled setting at the Garden Atrium Restaurant. The restaurant can be hired for exclusive use, with a minimum of 60 guests required.
Day Delegate Packages Booking a conference or meeting at Mantra Pavilion Wagga Wagga is simple with our all-inclusive day delegate packages. The team will ensure nothing is left to chance with a dedicated conference and events team on hand. Full Day Delegate Package $55* per person Inclusions: Plenary room hire (minimum numbers apply) Pens and notepads Iced water and mints Data projector and screen Whiteboard and flipchart Lectern Continuous tea and coffee Help yourself fruit bowl Morning tea with tea, coffee, juice and a choice of 1 sweet and 1 savoury item Working lunch with a delicious selection of sandwiches, wraps and yoghurt fruit cups Afternoon tea with tea, coffee, ice creams, cookies and Red Bull energy drinks Half Day Delegate Package $45* per person The Half Day Delegate Package has the same inclusions as the Full Day Delegate Package, however with only 1 tea break included. Morning sessions will include morning tea and afternoon sessions will include afternoon tea. Upgrades for Delegate Lunch If you would like to upgrade your conference lunch, there are several options for you to choose from: Upgrade to a delicious buffet lunch for $6 per person with a choice of 2 hot dishes and 2 cold dishes Upgrade to a 2 course plated lunch for $12 per person with a choice of 2 entrées and 2 mains (alternative drop is available for an additional $5 per course) Upgrade to a 3 course plated lunch for $18 per person with a choice of 1 entrée and main as above and dessert petite four share platters (alternate drop is an additional $5 per course) Room hire rates and minimum numbers Minimum numbers apply to full and half day delegate packages, including the upgrades. Room hire rates are below. Ambassador Room: Minimum of 20 delegates on the full or half day delegate package or a $250* room hire fee may apply. The Loft: Minimum of 10 delegates on the full or half day delegate package or a $150* room hire fee may apply. The Summit: Minimum of 10 delegates on the full or half day delegate package or a $150* room hire fee may apply. The Wine Cellar: Minimum of 8 delegates on the full or half day delegate package or a $150* room hire fee may apply. The Bar: Minimum of 20 guests for exclusive use and a minimum bar spend of $350* per hour may apply. *These fees are negotiable based on overall spend including accommodation.

Located on the second and third floor of the hotel, the Studio Room features an LCD TV, premium ultra-comfort mattress toppers and pillows, a marble bathroom and a work desk. Two Bedroom Apartment The Two Bedroom Apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests with two queen bedrooms divided by a large marble bathroom with a twin shower. These apartments also feature a comfortable living area, Cable TV and WiFi access, perfect for a seamless stay. Suite For those seeking a little more room, Mantra Pavilion s range of Superior Suites provide extra space and comfort for a relaxing stay, with additional features to suit your requirements. The Superior Suites have two rooms, with a large marble bathroom. Each has plush, comfortable furnishings including a queen bed and divan or queen and two singles, as well as a two-seat sofa. The rooms also has a large flat-screen Cable TV, and high-speed WiFi. Superior Suites with spa baths and Superior Suites with kitchenettes are also available. One Bedroom Apartment The One Bedroom Apartments provide a comfortable shared space, as well as adequate personal space. Each apartment features cable TV, a comfortable and stylish living area with a sofa, dining table and balcony access.
