For example, when you select Bill Pay Alerts, a new window will appear with a Continue button that will take you to the Advanced Settings page. From the Advanced Settings page, select the Manage Your Bills link to access a drop down list of billers you can work with. This is a temporary solution until the customer experience can be enhanced. Page 17

Upcoming Enhancement ebill Reminders What You ll Experience Now Enhancement ebill Reminders When you pay an ebill from the main section of the Pay Bills page, the ebill reminder will still display, even though the payment has been scheduled/processed. To ensure you do not accidentally pay the ebill twice, please confirm that the payment has processed or is pending by reviewing the Scheduled and Past Payments sections, before submitting another payment. In addition, the File an ebill option is not working correctly. Even after filing an ebill, the ebill reminder continues to display. A future Online Banking enhancement will correct the displaying of the ebill reminders upon either paying or filing the ebill. To automatically remove the ebill reminder, you can pay the ebill after selecting Pay Now from the View ebills section. Page 18
