Version History iphone Version Android Version Release Date Release Notes 3.11.1 3.11.1 3.12.1 3.12.4 9/30/2014 Check-In ability and performance enhancements Overview The Pruvan Mobile app is the tool that field contractors will use to transfer data, like photos and surveys, from the field to the office. Office staff can create work orders online and send that information to the Pruvan app in the field. Field contractors will get this information almost immediately so that they can get the job done and transfer the data for that project back to the office before the end of the day. App Settings Control your Upload options, camera orientation, date and timestamp as well as other settings in the app. App Settings WiFi Only Charging Only Timestamp on Photo Photo Resolution Camera Orientation Auto Relay Photos Manual Project/Work Order Management Nickname for Device Action Photos will only upload from the app when device is connected to WiFi Network Photos will only upload from the app when device is connected to Device Charger Change Timestamp to Datetime, Date, Time or Off Default resolution is 640x480 but can be increased. Resolution limited by device ability By default it will be Auto but can be changed to Portrait or Landscape Photos taken on Ad Hoc projects will automatically relay to the Pruvan Downloader after they upload This requires the user to enter a Project ID in the phone to have it sent to their phone. Request Support Ask questions from the field by sending in a Support Request from the app. This sends a log to the Pruvan Support team that allows them to see settings that are set in the app as well as any messages that may be helpful to answer questions. Projects Page This is where you can either create your Projects right from the app using the + button (Ad Hoc Projects) or view and access Projects that have been assigned to your username from the website (Assigned Projects). Surveys Fill out Mobile Forms on the phone. Answer questions, take photos and upload all of the information back to the office where it can be downloaded into a PDF document. Uploads Page This page will allow you to see all of the photos that are taken in the app as well as their Upload Status. The Upload Status will let you know if the photos have uploaded to our system or if they are still pending or failed on the phone. Pruvan recommends that all Pruvan photo management be done in the Uploads page to prevent users from accidentally deleted photos that are still needed.
