3 Mobile Device App Download the App Go to the App store on your mobile device and search for Saba or Saba Meeting. Locate and download the free app to your mobile device. Capabilities Users can attend Sysco e-meetings from their ipad, iphone, or Android device if they are away from their computer and need to attend a meeting. While attending a meeting from a mobile device using the app, users can: View presentations Download any downloadable files shared View appshare Chat with the instructor using the Chat feature Speak into the phone s microphone to communicate (if using VOIP) Interact using Attendee Panel interaction buttons Users can also log into the app directly to: Find and attend a meeting (without using a link) View their schedule including upcoming and ongoing meetings, recordings, and past meetings 7/1/2014 Copyright Sysco Corporation. 4 iphone and ipad Attending a Meeting - Link Follow the steps below to attend a meeting using the meeting link provided by the instructor (typically through or an Outlook appointment). Step Action 1 Select the link provided to open the app and connect to the meeting. Notes: 1. This link is typically sent through an or Outlook appointment. 2. Your phone browser may open temporarily before switching to the app. 2 Enter your Address, First Name, Last Name, and Display Name. Note: Your information may be filled in for you if you have used the address to attend a meeting before. 3 Select Attend to enter the meeting. 7/1/2014 Copyright Sysco Corporation. 6 iphone and ipad, Continued Logging into the App Follow the instructions below to launch the app. Step Action 1 Select the app icon. 2 Select Sign In. Note: You can skip straight to the sign in screen by selecting Skip This Screen in Future before selecting Sign In. 3 Select Settings. 9 iphone and ipad, Continued Navigating the App Once you log in to the app, you can view your home page (My Schedule), which will show upcoming meetings. Other schedule options appear along the left of the screen. You can see your Upcoming meetings, Ongoing meetings, Recordings, and Past meetings. 10 Android Devices Attending a Meeting - Link Follow the steps below to attend a meeting using the meeting link. Step Action 1 Select the link provided to open the app and connect to the meeting. Notes: 1. This link is typically sent through an or Outlook appointment. 2. Your phone browser may open temporarily before switching to the app. If you receive a message that asks you to download the latest Chrome or Firefox browser for your phone, select Continue Anyway to force the app to open. 2 Enter your Address, First Name, Last Name, and Display Name. 16 Other Mobile Devices Windows Devices Mobile devices that have a fully operating Windows system have the ability to open meetings from their internet browser with the same capability as a computer.
