JOB SPCIFICATION Job title: Contracts Manager (CM) Responsible to: Regional Heads of Operation / Voids Responsible for: Multi-trades operatives Purpose: Responsible for the operational performance and commercial success of one or more of the maintenance functions within the operations division of CBS, namely: Programmed/cyclical repairs Facilities management Responsive repairs and property MOTs Void repairs Whilst primarily responsible for one or more of the above key functions, Contracts Managers will be required to assist and provide cover over a wide range of the company s business.
