Lessons are given each Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Brea Community Center. If you are a Brea resident who has difficulty speaking or understanding the English language, we invite you to join ESL classes and improve your English skills. Classes are funded by North Orange Community County College District, which means there is no charge to our ESL students. Sessions are held in a relaxed classroom where other students share the same goal. All materials are provided. No registration is required; walkins are welcome. Regardless of the first language you speak, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, etc., this class is for you.

To participate, applicants must be able to pay at least three percent of the purchase price toward the down payment and related closing costs, and the applicant s income must fall within maximum annual income guidelines.
