May have an eviction notice from an apartment, family member or friend, have a 3 Day Pay or Quit, staying in a shelter for homeless persons, staying in a place not meant for human habitation (ie: car, street, park), etc. Must have dependent children ages 18 or under. Single mothers, single fathers and married couples with dependent age children are all welcome to apply. Parent must have primary custody of the children. Must have full time use of a vehicle Must have employment/income Must have social security card or green card for each family member Applicants in recovery must have a minimum of 12 months of sobriety Must agree to abide by program rules and fulfill requirements 6
