Northern Virginia Family Service BAILEYS CROSSROADS SHELTER ** 3525 Moncure Ave. Baileys Crossroads, VA beds for men; 14 beds for women - single adults - No reservations. Call shelter for availability and telephone screening planning and comply with curfew. Length of stay (usually 30 and not more than 90 days) depends on complying with a selfsufficiency plan.
