If you have any doubts you can check hs regstraton by phonng 01256 372499 and quotng the card number. The cost of tranng these engneers s very expensve and the trade knows that some companes are cuttng corners and not tranng ther engneers to the correct level. 2) Falure to follow the Gas Safety (Installaton & use) Act 1998 can result n severe fnes for both gas engneers and ther customers. 3) All our servces are based on full strp down servces as recommended by the manufacturers and as detaled n our servce schedules. Ths type of servce should not be confused wth the safety checks that some companes offer at a much cheaper rate. 4) Not all servce companes offer the same level of servce beware of hdden extras once a servce contract has been sgned. 5) Ask about response tmes for breakdowns and gas leaks. 6) At any stage of the work we may carry out for you please feel free to ask the engneer for full detals of what he s dong and why 7) All paperwork ssued n respect of mantenance of gas fred equpment must conform to the requrements of the Gas Safety (nstallaton & use) Act 1998. 8) Method statements should be ssued for all aspects of work on gas applances. 9) Health and Safety ssues must be addressed at all tmes. 10) Companes carryng out servce work on gas applances must have full nsurance cover sutable for the premses they work n.
