CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER LOCATION: New York or Chicago NaturallyCurly is seeking a Client Development Manager a sales-oriented professional with a consultative style who will play a key role in expanding our new business. This unique role combines both inside and outside sales, along with an eye for embracing creative opportunities; to help our new business prospects connect with the advertising opportunities that are the best fit for their current business. This role will also collaborate with team members in Austin and will be a remote position in either New York or Chicago (location based on candidate experience). REQUIRED SKILLS: Manage a robust pipeline of both new and existing business with the hope of selling NaturallyCurly advertising programs that matches brand goals and timeline. Work closely with the Integrated Media team to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue goals. Strategize new and exciting ways to engage potential and existing client prospects outside of hair care and/or centered around media agencies. Responsible for understanding the client s business issues, strategies, and initiatives in order to recommend the appropriate service offering. In turn the ability to present clients with compelling reasons to act, in order to apply our campaigns in support of their business. In addition, work with brand marketing teams to discuss their strategic and operational challenges, present suite of resources and persuasively sell NaturallyCurly offerings. Facilitate the negotiation of agreements with support from senior management that result in closed sales and quota attainment. Ability to travel will range from 25% - 50% of each month.
