1 Online Project Manager The Online Project Manager works with the Executive Managing Director, Account Director, Account Manager, Account Executive, and also cooperates with others. He manages the creating of websites and big campaign realizations. He is responsible for management, coordination and administration of Agency s sources to fulfill all marketing client s needs. Prepare the project plan Analyse the feasibility and solution proposal Price estimate creation Project management to meet the deadlines and agreed costs Communication to Account Department Keep good relations with clients Excellent communication and presentation skills Project management ability Excellent online knowledge Outstanding qualitative and quantitative analytic skills Abilities in management area / leadership / teamwork Skilled in MS Office - advanced (Power Point, Word, Excel, Internet, ) Communication in Czech and English

2 Social Media Specialist The Social Media Specialist works with the Chief Creative Officer, Creative Strategist, Traffic Manager, Senior Art Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and also cooperates with others. He has to take part on the research, strategy and implementation social media programs utilizing innovative platforms and tools. Write compelling copy, build and engage unique social media communities, as well as monitor all content and conversations. Act as an advocate for our clients brands within Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media outposts. Must be well acquainted with social media developments, online behaviour and trends. Impeccable attention to detail, specifically in regards to written communications. Strong understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms and tools. Experience strategizing, online monitoring and measurement platforms. Knowledgeable of measurement platforms. Researching competitors activities in the field. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet) Strong Social Media knowledge Experience with communication on social websites own website/blog Ability to express the problem aptly in a short way Ability to understand the right meaning and value of the words Willing to help the others Communication in Czech and English

3 Data Miner/ Data Analyst The Data Miner / Data Analyst works directly with Senior Data Miner or Senior Data Analyst. He helps them with basic data and database tasks and analytics. - daily use of databases and SQL coding (using MS SQL Server or Teradata and its tools incl. SSIS) - daily use of office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint - daily use of proprietary client s tools such as Campaign Management, List pull tools etc. - attention to detail and ability to work creatively even under time pressure are valuable assets - provide marketing campaign analysis and make recommendations and provide consultations to existing or planned campaigns - Knowledge in Database field (data analysis, DWH experience, data mining) is an advantage - Mathematical, statistics and data analysis background oriented - Experience with databases (SQL knowledge preferable) - Basic understanding of the Direct Marketing principles is a plus - Understanding of propensity of modeling is welcome - Experience in a service-oriented area and friendly customer oriented approach - Highly organized and detail-oriented, consistent result delivering - Multi-tasking ability, meeting deadlines is a must, self-reliance - Communication skills ability to accurately identify and describe problems

4 Information architect The Information Architect works with the project manager, senior designer and UX designer on the content of the website. He has to deliver the structure of the content, navigation paths, content assets etc. Develop the content structure and concept for the websites Contribute to creative brainstorms Cooperate with UX designer on the design of the wireframe QA testing on interactive elements Usability / Accessibility for websites Knowledge of Information Architecture navigation types, content sorting, typical user workflows, conversion paths Content structuring skills We prefer somebody who studied it on the university or had some practical experience.

5 Junior Digital Designer Junior Digital Designer is a part of the Wunderman s digital team and works together with Senior Digital Designer, Digital Project Managers and the creative crew. His responsibility is creating digital work including flash banners, newsletters, websites, mobile, or other digital assets. Manager: Basis: Location: Digital team leader Full time Praha - design and production of flash animations, banners, special on-line advertisement formats, etc (no Flash programming skills needed) - assist Senior Digital Designer in Image optimization and preparation of graphics - deliver other on-line designs, such as newsletters, microsites etc. - Ability to design and build banner ads in Flash. - Solid working knowledge of Flash and the Adobe CS Suite (Flash, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator). Advantage skills: - Basic CSS, HTML knowledge - Web video compression, exporting and production knowledge

6 Junior UX designer The Junior UX Designer works directly with Senior Interactive Designer to provide design concepts, visual strategies, and website wireframes. Develop design concepts and wireframes Contribute to creative brainstorms Cooperate with information architect on the content of the wireframe QA testing on interactive elements Usability / Accessibility for websites Typical website templates Knowledge of best practices for website elements and forms HTML, CSS Axure or any other wireframe software We prefer somebody who studied it on the university or had some practical experience.

7 Social Media Content Manager Social Media Content Manager works closely with the account team on specific clients and takes care of the content on social media platforms (80% Facebook, 20% other media). Administration of the Facebook Pages Localization of global content (e.g. Facebook post) for local pages Preparing brief for the creative team (if needed) Generating statistics and observations Answering fans questions according to the client s guidelines Facebook advanced user experience Reporting tools experience (e.g. Google Analytics) Creative spirit
