1 WELCOME Distinguished Participants and Advisors, We would like to sincerely extend our warmest welcome, and look forward to your participation in Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp 2014. The Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp (AYLTLC) is being organized for the 3rd time in Singapore. As compared to AYLTLC 2012 & AYLTLC 2013, we will be bringing the Camp to a whole new level. This year, we will be incorporating the learning and travelling in the largest cruise of Asia. Apart from learning about Singapore - a multiracial, multilingual and multicultural society, our student leaders will also have the opportunity to get a closer understanding about the differing approach of development in Malaysia. Nevertheless, what they can learn here may not only be unique to Singapore and Malaysia, but also applicable to their home countries as well as the increasingly interconnected and interdependent world. We will do our best to provide you a truly comfortable, resourceful and unforgettable Singapore experience. Once again, we sincerely welcome you to the Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp 2014. Hope to meet you soon in our Island Home!! The Organizing Committee, AYLTLC 2014 welcome 2
