4 Parrot Cay allows a maximum of 1 child less than 12 years of age in Terrace Rooms, Garden View and Ocean Facing rooms at no extra charge. For One Bedroom Suites, One Bedroom Beach Houses and One Bedroom Villas, a maximum of 2 children less than 12 years of age are allowed at no extra charge. For the 2 and 3 bedroom villas, extra beds are at Parrot Cay s discretion but there will not usually be a charge for reasonable extra bed requests. Extra person charges are at $255 USD per person per night. The extra person rate includes bed, breakfast, tax and service. Complimentary butler service is included for all 2 bedroom villas and larger. For Estates such as the Sanctuary, and The Residence where multiple villas can be rented, 1 butler per house will be provided. For other room types, should personal butler service be required, the daily rate is 350 USD, inclusive of tax and service. Butlers provide a 24 hour service. A complimentary private chef service is included in the room rate for The Sanctuary when the two four bedroom villas are rented together. When the full 11 bedroom Estate at The Sanctuary is rented, ie 2 four bedroom villas and the three bedroom villa, the services of 2 private chefs will be included. Private Chefs are not provided on a complimentary basis for the Residence but the service can be provided for an additional charge. When not included in the room rate, the rate for a private chef is $350 per meal time (maximum 8 guests), including tax and service. For between 9 and 15 guests, the fee will be US$500, inclusive tax and service. Please provide accurate flight arrival and departure details in order for Parrot Cay to arrange transfers. Should flight details not be provided, Parrot Cay would not be able to arrange transfers. All hotel packages are subject to availability. Packages may not be used in conjunction with other offers, but packages may be combined to make longer stays. Packages are not available over holiday periods A three-night deposit (covering the first and last two nights of the stay) is required to secure reservations by bank wire transfer or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). Bookings from January 1-April 10, 2016 cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur cancellation charges equal to the cost of 3 night s accommodation. Bookings from April 10-December 19, 2016 cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur cancellation charges equal to the cost of 3 night s accommodation. Reservations for Christmas/New Year i.e. 20 December 2016 January 3, 2017 require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining balance of 50% will be due on 1st September Cancellation notice for Christmas/New Year for December 20, 2016 January 3, 2017 is 110 days. Cancellations received after 1st September 2016 for the Christmas/New Year period will forfeit all deposits paid and will be liable to pay for the reservation in full. All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed received by the hotel or its representative. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged in full. Check-in is after 2:00 pm on day of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 am on day of departure. Early arrivals or late departures may incur additional charges.

5 HURRICANE POLICY Parrot Cay Hurricane policy affirms a commitment to ensure guests have the utmost confidence in booking Parrot Cay during the hurricane season. This is a policy that takes the worry out of booking a vacation during the hurricane season, because we eliminate any risk. In the event that hurricane force winds (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) directly hit Parrot Cay: For guests that have an impending trip and the hurricane interrupts the use of the facilities. Parrot Cay will apply any deposits paid to a replacement vacation. The replacement stay will be in the same room category as the one originally booked, travel will be valid for up to one year and will be subject to certain blackout dates. For guests who are on property during a hurricane Parrot Cay will offer a replacement vacation. This replacement vacation will be for the total number of disrupted nights affected by the hurricane. The replacement stay will be in the same room category as the one originally booked. Travel will be valid for up to one year and will be subject to certain blackout dates. This offer is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Hurricane-force winds are as officially defined by the U.S. National Weather Service.
